2 Personal Health Record (PHR) Participating members of the Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield family of companies have access to their personal health record (PHR) through a secure website. The PHR includes information such as claims data, immunizations, chronic conditions, medications, and family and social histories. A behindthe-scenes, advanced-functionality rules engine displays real-time information.
