Yet, simulations often focus on single patient scenarios. Creating simulations with 2-3 simultaneous patient assignments provides a realistic/valuable experience for participants but poses operational challenges for the simulation team. During this participants will learn and discuss scenario flow considerations, resource needs, challenges, and strategies for implementation. 1

Graduate RNs will be expected to help plan and execute institutional professional education for fellow nursing staff. See how Student-Led Simulation facilitates learning on multiple levels by having senior nursing students plan and lead beginning students in effective simulations. Along with adoption of QSEN and NLNAC standards for informatics, Minnesota Nursing Programs seeking accreditation can implement informatics tools and education into simulation learning environments.
