2 1. Marketing Tools Overview Marketing Tools aid in the selling of Boxercraft items to your customer. All customers must be logged on to access Marketing Tools. Marketing Tools can be accessed on the top navigation of every page on the website. Marketing Tools consist of: Partner Program add the Boxercraft button to your website that links to a duplicate of our site. Automatically updates when we update the Boxercraft site. Promote the Boxercraft line without the hassle of updating your website with each product rollout. Affiliate Program add the Shop MyBoxercraft button to your company website to earn commissions for direct referrals to MyBoxercraft. Flyers predesigned, stock, and custom flyers are available for your sales and marketing needs. Swatch Kit purchase swatch kits containing a swatch of every fabric used in our products. Catalog CD purchase high resolution images of all product and model shots. Available on a two CD set. Catalog PDFs download free PDFs of our catalogs and inserts Catalog Images download free high resolution images of all product and model shots. Price Lists download free PDFs of our catalog price lists.

3 2. Partner Program The Partner Program is only accessible if you have a customer number. If you have a customer number, you will be automatically registered for the Partner Program. Using HTML coding, a button is added to your website linking to the partner site. The Partner Site is a duplicate of the Boxercraft website. You must have a working knowledge of HTML and access to your website files to add button/link to your site. For help, please contact your IT department. Clicking on the button will open your partner site. Your site will display your logo (where the Boxercraft logo is shown) and company address (where Boxercraft address is shown). See image below for location of logo and address.

4 The address displayed is the address we have on file for your company. Changes can be made by calling (800) or by going to the My Contact Info section under My Account on the Boxercraft website. Your logo can be uploaded under the same section.

5 On your partner site, your customer will search for products the same way you do on the Boxercraft site. The product page will show product images, product text, and sizing information. Instead of ordering, your customer can send product specific questions to you via . There are three check box options (I Have Questions, I Need Samples, Ready to Order) and a field to add extra notes on each product page. This is located under the Available Size options on the product page. You customer will check each box as needed and add to their Questions List.

7 3. Affiliate Program The affiliate program offers a commission for referrals to our retail site, MyBoxercraft.com. Avoid the hassle of 1 or 2 piece orders. The affiliate program is only offered to those with a customer number. You must complete a registration form before having access to the Affiliate Program. Once approved (within 48 hours of request), you will be provided HTML coding to add the Shop MyBoxercraft button/link to your website. You must have a working knowledge of HTML and access to your website files to add button/link to your site. For help, please contact your IT department.

8 When your customer clicks on the button they will be sent to MyBoxercraft.com. Your company name will show on the bottom left corner of the page, letting your customer know you referred them there. Any order placed on MyBoxercraft after clicking the button will count towards the commission rebate of 10% of the order. To view your rebate amount, go to the Affiliate Program section under My Account and click the Retrieve your Affiliate Rebate Information button. If after three months the order was not returned, we will send you a check for your rebate amount.

9 4. Flyers There are three different Flyer options available to registered users: Predesigned Flyers, Stock Flyers, and Custom Flyers. Predesigned Flyers generally cover product collections (Flannel Pants, Practice Line). A PDF version can be downloaded by clicking on the flyer image. PDF versions can be printed or saved to your desktop. Flyers can also be ed directly from the Boxercraft website.

10 To the flyer to your customer, click on the Flyer button next to the flyer image. You will be able to enter your own subject line and text. The will contain your subject line, your text, the image of the flyer, and your logo if you have uploaded one (see Partner Program section). The image of the flyer will link directly to your Partner Program site. Stock Flyers can be created based on one product (F19BLKW) or a product category (Team Pride Flannel Pants). After selecting the flyer type, use the Flyer Wizard to select the product or product category you would like displayed. The Flyer Wizard is a step by step guide that uses our categories to find the product you need.

11 One product Stock Flyers will display the item name, item code, model image, product image, the Boxercraft logo, and product text. One product Stock Flyers can also be created instantly on any Product page by clicking the Create a Flyer button. Category Stock Flyers will display the product category name, model image, product text, and up to 15 product images. A PDF version of the flyer can be saved or printed by clicking the Preview button. The flyer can also be ed to your customers (see predesigned flyers section).

12 Custom Flyers can be created based on one product, two products, or a product category. Custom Flyers will look identical to the Stock Flyers but every piece of the flyer is changeable (text and image). To change a piece of the flyer, double click in that area to bring up the editing tool. From here, you will be able to change text and images.

13 Custom Flyers can be saved to your account to view at a later time by clicking the Save Flyer button. Custom Category Flyers are created the same way as Stock Category Flyers. Every area of the flyer is editable. You will not be able to change the product images but you can choose which images show up on the flyer by clicking Select Thumbnail Images.

14 After clicking the link, a new window will appear with all the products in the category. You can choose which colors you wish to show on your flyer by checking or unchecking the box under each item and then clicking the Update button. A maximum of 15 items can show on the flyer. Custom Category Flyers can also be saved to your account to view at a later time by clicking the Save Flyer button.

15 To access saved flyers, click on the arrow located next to the Custom Flyers section on the Flyers page.
