Disclaimer This Credit Ebook has been developed solely for information purposes only. The author is not giving any advice on any subject, and are not giving legal, financial, or credit repair advice to anyone. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, correctness or intended use of the information presented. As with any credit or legal matter, a consumer should seek legal counsel. What are CPN Numbers? CPN Stands for either Credit Privacy Numbers, or Credit Protection Number. The truth of it is it is nothing more than a 9- Digit number established only on the credit bureaus level to report your credit transactions. This number is NOT a EIN OR TAX ID NUMBER, and is not issued by the government. Again It is nothing more than just an available Credit reporting file number. Are they Legal? As of right now they are no laws that state you cannot establish a second 9- Digit number FOR CREDIT PURPOSES only. It is your legal right to keep your Social Security Number private and use a separate number for credit related purposes. You are only required by law to disclose your Social Security Number to the Internal Revenue Service, your employer and most recently due to the Patriot Act, when registering a motor vehicle. We use the laws to your advantage. Title 5, Section 7 of Publication Law of Government Organization andemployees Act: (a) (1) It shall be unlawful for any Federal, State or Local Government Agency to deny any individual any right, benefit, or privilege provided by law because of such Individual s refusal to disclose his or hers Social Security Account Number. Based on the 1974 Privacy Act, you are only required to give your Social Security Number out for the following reasons: 1) For Employment 2) For Tax Purposes 3) To Obtain a Drivers License 4) To Register a Motor Vehicle 5) To Receive Public Assistance You can legally refuse to disclose your Social Security Number for any purpose other than those specified above. It is used by celebrities, congress members/government workers, and witness protection reasons. For example, celebrities use it because the media can use their SS# to track what they are buying and where they are simply by tracking their credit cards.
What is a VALIDATED CPN NUMBER? In our opinion, a Validated CPN Number is the quickest way to get you in Steaming hot water with the law. One of the biggest misconceptions about CPN Numbers is that they should validate in the Social Security Validator (SSN). Well, a true and real CPN Number will not validate in the SSN Validator, because it is not an SSN, OR EIN. IF YOU EVER BUY A CPN NUMBER THAT VALIDATES IN THE SSN VALIDATOR AS "ISSUED", PLEASE KNOW THAT THE NUMBER YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN IS SOMEONE'S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR EVEN WORSE A DECEASED PERSON'S (SSN). THE ONLY LEGAL WAY TO INSURE THAT A CPN NUMBER IS VALID, IS TO INPUT THE NUMBER IN THE SSN VALIDATOR. A REAL CPN NUMBER SHOULD COME UP "NOT ISSUED". Why you can t open a bank account with a CPN Number. A common question among people about CPN Numbers are can you open a bank account with them? THE ANSWER IS NO. The reason is pretty simple, when you apply for a checking account with a bank or credit union, they don t use your Social Security Number to look up your Financial Information, they use your Drivers License Number and a system called Chexsystems. Chexsystems is a system how banks communicate with each other about negative account activity. For instance if you have an account with Bank A and overdraft on your account, and close it without paying the overdraft fee, Bank A will put you in Chexsystems. So when you go to open up a checking 5 account with Bank B, the information will come up in Bank B S System that you owe Bank A, and you will be DECLINED. So as long as you have the same Drivers license number and you are in Chexsystems, a CPN Number can t help you. Things you can purchase with a CPN Number Another big question about CPN Numbers, is what can I use this number for? Well We know online so many companies are telling you many different things, or things you just want to hear so they can sell you a number. The best things to use your CPN Number for are credit cards, personal loans, and auto loans. We would not recommend you try to purchase a mortgage with this number, for a couple of reasons, First you need much more than a good credit score to get a mortgage now a days, you need W-2 Forms, some lenders require a copy of your Social Security Card at closing, These could cause many headaches trying to get a mortgage with a CPN, and in the end IT WON T WORK. But this leaves us to our next point:
A Sharp Style Of Credit Repair Although a CPN Number cannot be used for a mortgage, it can be used to get some credit cards, and a personal loan to maybe pay down some of those bad items on your primary credit report. Or negotiate a Pay for Delete so that you can clean up your primary credit so you can get that Mortgage under your Social Security Number with no problem. A pay for delete is basically a letter that states you will pay whatever amount you select of the balance you owe on the debt, ONLY IF THEY AGREE TO DELETE IT FROM YOUR CREDIT FILE. Sometimes when you pay a collection it just shows paid collection, which won t help your credit score at all. Or if you chose to have a credit repair company fix your credit, you can use this number in the meantime. Either way is the 2 most positive ways to Use a CPN Number. How do I get a CPN Number? This is a pretty simple process know matter what some CPN Company tells you. A true CPN Number is nothing more than a number that has a SSN Prefix that has not been issued. The most popular prefix is ANY FOUR NUMBERS After you put one of these prefixes into use any four numbers to complete the number.. If you have done it correctly, you will see a message in red that says. THIS NUMBER HAS NEVER BEEN ISSUED. This means you have a CPN Number you can use. IF AFTER PUTTING IN THE NUMBER IT COMES BACK VALIDATED IN GREEN..DONT TOUCH IT. IT IS SOMEONE S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, NO MATTER WHAT ANY ONE TELLS YOU LEAVE IT ALONE. And there you have it the million dollar secret to where these CPN NUMBERS COME FROM? Everyone thinks that getting a CPN Number is long hard grueling work, that takes hours upon hours. It really takes maybe 5 Good minutes. You see how these other companies have been lying to you all this time? WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU GET YOUR CPN NUMBER How to apply for Capital One credit card. 1.First go to 2.Apply for an auto loan ( this will register your new cpn number with all 3 credit bureaus) Of course you will be declined for the loan. 3. After receiving the decline in your wait about 5 minutes. Then go back to
4. Choose the CAPITAL ONE PLATINUM WITH 24% APR (MAKE SURE IT IS THIS ONE YOU CHOOSE) INPUT ALL OF THE SAME INFORMATION YOU PUT ON YOUR AUTO LOAN BUT FOLLOW THESE STEPS. TOTAL ANNUAL INCOME MAKE SURE YOU PUT $80, MAKE SURE YOUR CHECK YOU HAVE CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCOUNTS AND YOU OWN YOUR HOME MONTHLY RENT/MORTGAGE PAYMENT PUT $ (AFTER YOUR APPLICATION IS COMPLETE DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING AND PRESS SUBMIT) It should take a moment to process and say you have been approved and your card will be mailed to you in 7 to 10 business days. Always Remember 1) Never mix your old and new information used for creditors, cable, utilities, etc. 2) Don t go out and apply for everything under the sun just because you can. Building credit takes time. Plus 10% of your Credit Score is based on the number of inquiries on your credit file. 3) Never use old credit companies or references you have used in the past on any application. They could possibly merge your credit file. YOU DON T WANT THAT. 4) Building credit the right way is hard work, so expect to be declined, don t get frustrated and give up, It took me around 8 months to gain a 720 FICO Score, but it is mine for the rest of my life, so hang in there. Your CPN can be offered in place of your Social Security number with proper notice to vendors/creditors. THIS IS NOT A SECOND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. YOU ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISUSE OF YOUR CPN. It will not replace your current social security. Your CPN will be assigned to you to establish credit only. You will continue to use your Social Security number for employment, taxes, state benefits, and for your driver s license. Additionally, you are still liable for any debts you incurred on your Social Security number. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AGREEMENTS YOU MAKE USING YOUR CPN.
Remember the biggest secret to all of this is to never lie on a credit
