6 The WhereverTV Platform Be efficient and competitive versus the big boys Low cost operations versus incumbent cable and satellite companies - Less infrastructure, no set top box inventory to install and maintain Broadcast beyond borders Existing broadcast relationships are typically geographic in nature due to infrastructure limitations (i.e. cable to homes or satellite coverage areas) Deliver to niche-audiences globally Underserved foreign populations throughout the USA and the rest of the world, most notably in Western Europe and South America Leverage open hardware and platforms The emergence of OTT and Connected TV platforms eliminate the need to maintain costly set-top boxes i.e. Roku, AppleTV, Google TV, etc. Page 6 WhereverTV Executive Summary February 2013
