3 Doreen A natural-born cook and an accomplished expert on Hispanic food, wine and tequila. Doreen has a BBA in Business Administration & Marketing. She studied in culinary schools in NY, CA, FL and is a Level 1 & 2 Certified Sommelier with Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), Level 1 with the Court of Master Sommelier and Level 1 & 2 with US Sommelier Association. She is also studying with North American Sommelier Association and is a zestful student of olive oils, Tequila and Pisco.

8 Multimedia Platform-TV Doreen hosts monthly cooking segments on Univisión show: Despierta América, airing nationally. Doreen is the Chef of the campaign Reto28 hosted by Dr. Juan Rivera. This national campaign will be launched in June 1st, 2015 by Univision Salud. Is a 5 weeks massive campaign (diet) encouraging Latinos to have a healthier life. This campaign is supported by the John Hopkins Hospital and the American Heart Association. Doreen designed all the recipes for the 28 days program and online subscriptions are expected to be more than half a million.

9 Multimedia Platform-TV Doreen hosted cooking segments and shows on Fox Life / Utilísima channel, airing in over 16 countries for the past 5 years. Some of those shows are now airing in Mundo Fox.

10 Multimedia Platform-Spokesperson In January 2015 she became the new Hispanic Celebrity Chef for the National Pork Board. Doreen will host segments, live shows and will design recipes featuring pork as their Hispanic spokesperson for the US. The campaign will be launched in February during the SOBE Food Network Wine & Food Fest in Miami, FL with several cooking demos and presentations.

11 Multimedia Platform-Spokesperson In 2013 she also became the first National Hispanic Celebrity Chef for Novo Nordisk pharmaceutical, a world leader in diabetes care. Doreen is the first Latina celebrity chef for Novo Nordisk. She is helping the Diabetic community in the US, a very important mission for Doreen. In 2014 she performed more than 30 live cooking shows in English & Spanish around the US and her contract was extended to December, 2016.

12 Multimedia Platform-Spokesperson In April 2013 she became the first Hispanic Celebrity Chef for Bumble Bee, the most important seafood company in the US. Doreen was their only bilingual and bicultural ambassador. She designed flavorful recipes infused with Latin & Italian flavors, fresh ingredients and featuring Bumble Bee s gourmet Prime Fillet products. Doreen helps extend Bumble Bee s BeeWell for Life brand philosophy to encourage consumers to exercise and live healthy and active lives. In 2014, Doreen became their spokesperson for General Market. She hosted several national media tours and wrote content as a Food Editor for their web.

13 Multimedia Platform-Spokesperson In July 2013 she became the first Hispanic Celebrity Chef for Bordeaux Wine Council, the most important and prestigious wine region in the world. Doreen was their spokesperson and consultant, helping Bordeaux connect with the growing U.S. Hispanic market and educating them via the Viva Bordeaux campaign. She created flavorful Latin recipes paired with 5 Bordeaux wines. National and international media successfully covered the campaign. Doreen also worked as spokesperson and judge for the 2011 D. O. Ribera Del Duero tasting in Castilla y León, Spain. An excellent year for the region. Doreen is a certified sommelier and has studied with WSET, NASA & USSA.
