So if perhaps you only have the username of a customer, you would search from the Customer Detail category since that is customer specific data. You can also narrow your search by entering search criteria in multiple fields, so by Product Name during a given Date Range. All search results deliver top level order information, such as Order Number, Name, Order Date, and totals, that you can sort further by clicking the column headers or get full detail by clicking into the Order Number.

Clicking into any Order Number in your results will provide complete order detail for that order.

Note: You can also enter part of a Product Name if you do not know the complete name to find all orders that include that text, then search further by clicking into a specific Order Number to find the exact Product Name there, then searching again. This is especially handy for sorting out customers that have multiple orders, but used different addresses or usernames when ordering. First, after any search, click Save Search, enter your search name and description, then click Save.
