3 Lead Generation The Process A fully automated Lead Generation Module The first step is to set up the user agreement where we clearly define your needs to ensure you only receive quality, verified introductions. This will include specific market sector/s, specific geographic parameters and client demographics. All leads are provided via an easy to read profile screen on the system clearly displaying the important and relevant customer information. All leads are validated before submission to the client and if the client returns the lead as being unsuitable, a free replacement lead is provided. All such returns are cross checked to confirm the reason for return. This forms part of our quality control procedure.

5 Lead Generation User Agreement Fee per Lead and Payment Terms are agreed at outset The provision of leads and associated costs is a flexible dedicated arrangement which will be agreed and included in the user agreement. The Alternatives: 1. Fixed monetary cost per lead 2. Variable monetary cost per lead 3. Fixed monetary cost contingent upon an event (i.e. making an appointment) 4. Free leads with a fixed cost at the back end calculated as a multiple of premium 5. Free leads with a fixed % share of commissions 6. A mixed blend of any of the above

6 Lead Generation Client Module The user agreement for each client is completely bespoke and is built up in a modular way by selecting the features to be included in the agreement and then adding the user specific information. This is important as the system is completely dynamic and checks all leads against the criteria set in the agreement. This includes postcode verification, customer demographic and lead demographic. The information in the user agreement is used to validate the lead. The module is then provided to the client FREE of charge and a Log In is created

8 Setting up Campaign Parameters on the Module Here is the powerful commercial set up screen Life Assurance Here is type of campaign ( Lead Type ), Postcodes are entered in Territory and can include partials These are checked against millions of valid postcodes supplied to us by the Royal Mail. Additionally leads can be notified in a mail summarising lead content as soon as it is released.

10 Monitoring Employee/Agent Performance Get real time feedback on employee/agent performance The % of lead returned can be used as a KPI. Returned leads will be screened for reasons and matched to agent feedback. You will be in total control of your campaigns and be able to maximise all opportunities

11 Validation of returned leads All returned leads are validated and replacements issued if appropriate A log of all returned leads is live on the system In the above cases replacement leads are provided

12 Build your own bespoke scripts for your agents or call centre If you know your customer, you can create your customer by asking the relevant questions Use the module to fine tune your business

13 Script Builder Create your own mandatory and secondary questions and set your own criteria for any call centre campaign. This process ensures the leads produced are to the correct criteria to increase the chance of meaningful leads. The module checks criteria against the user agreement. This is very useful when working to specific geographic parameters

14 New Lead Profile Lead generated from call centre and validated by module IFA receives lead profile This lead profile is sent in real time and can be received by on a phone or tablet if you are away from the office. This is the profile generated by the lead generation module as a result of the lead validation service IFA arranges Life Assurance etc for client

15 Location of Lead Life Assurance The Module automatically checks the location is within the geographic parameters stated in the user agreement

16 Location of Lead The Module dynamically checks postcodes against the user agreement and rejects lead by displaying the out of area message.

17 Location of Lead A map is created from latitude and longitude co-ordinates held in the modules database to establish exact location of lead. These are infinitely more accurate than standard postcodes.

19 Lead Monitoring The status of each lead can be updated by selecting from a drop down box on the lead monitoring section of the module. This allows the creation of dynamic reports linked to the whole business or specifically to an emolyee or agent

20 Lead Monitoring The Module sends through an overview of the leads including next actions. The customer has the option of stating a memorable word to be held on the system for both the client and customer protection.

21 IFA Fact Find Once business is concluded IFA asks customer to complete a small fact find The Fact Find is is built inside the module using the questions required to create new targeted leads. This example focuses on profit extraction from owner businesses, tax planning and wills. The answers to these Fact Find questions creates a new customer profile and becomes an additional lead that targets higher level business.

22 Fact Find This represents a fresh lead and will be validated by the lead validation dept and reloaded into the system The Fact Find information is contained in the new lead view and can be expanded from the Fact Find tab Leads: 1. Profit Extraction 2. Pension to Transfer 3. Need a Will This process has now created additional income streams for the IFA, the lead generators and the recipient of the new leads created by the process
