12 Hours of Operations!! Stamford Medical s regular office hours are:!! Mondays to Fridays: hours!! Saturday: hours!! Consultations/medical services are available on a walk-in or by appointment basis, with appointments being made through our office phone number ( ).!! After regular hours, access to Stamford Medical can be gained via our 24-hour medical emergency hotline.!! Stamford Medical s on-call doctor mans our 24/7 medical emergency hotline.!! Once activated, our on-call doctor and on-call nurse will treat the patient at Stamford Medical.!! If an escalation of medical attention is necessary, the rest of our medical team will be activated.

13 Waiting Area/Reception/Dispensary!! New patients are asked to complete a New Patient Information Form (available in English, Portuguese, and Tetum).!! Patient information is stored on our database for easy tracking of medical history and is guarded with strict confidentiality.!! Stamford Medical is a licensed importer of pharmaceuticals in Timor.!! We purchase all our pharmaceuticals from licensed and reputable distributers in Singapore to ensure that our medication is of the highest quality.!! Each pharmaceutical product is registered with the Department of Pharmacy, Timor Leste.
