2 Introduction and background study: Introduction and background study: There were different scientific studies to assess the percentage of students who suffer learning difficulties in primary schools.
3 Points in the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education that the percentage of students with learning difficulties ranging from 5% to 15% in society.
4 Objectives of the study: Objectives of the study: (why) LD to be good communication with members of the community. 2 Possesses the skills of daily life. 3 To be effective in a productive member of society. 4 Growth proper personal LD disabled.
5 5 Instilling confidence in the same unhindered disabilities and make it accept his disability. 6 Develop the skills of communication between LD and the rest of society. 8 involvement in the economic cycle of society.
6 The Importance of study: Strength: # Attempt to come up with results and the scientific process may be helpful to workers in the LD field, how to deal with children with LD. # help the child understand the same with regard to the needs and demands of the environment around it, also aims to assist him in carrying out in conjunction with the new attitudes.
7 Weakness: # Certified teachers and the extent of interest in the study. # Absent students LD.
8 Terminology study: Specific learning difficulties: Specific Learning Difficulties meant an imbalance in one or more of the mental processes involved in understanding or using language, spoken or written, that could show a lack of capacity to hear or think or speak or read or write or spelling or Perform mathematical operations..( Jamal Al Khatib 2005).
9 Counseling education Programme :A set of educational services operating on psychological aspects, social, academic and professional courses, so as to help him understand himself and his abilities and potential, environmental and self exploitation in achieving its objectives and consistent with these possibilities (self and the environment).
10 Limits study: 1 Students who have LD. 2 the aged between (8 9) 3 Irbid ( area in north Jordan). 4 Counseling education Programme.
11 Sample research: sample study consisted of students with Learning Disabilities in one school on country Irbid north of Jordan who ranged in age between (8 9).
12 Tool study: Method of asking questions open and closed through the design identifying the interview to be prepared and presented it through dialogue and discussion with those on the care and upbringing of children with LD.
13 Procedures for implementation study: 1 The researcher application test aggression to identify children who have the aggression. 2 choose children who have applied aggression. 3 application counseling Programme on the sample. 4 Reintroduction the counseling Programme to know its impact on the sample.
14 Results:( what will happened after finish this study). Help the child to achieve balanced growth of all integrated developmental aspects (physical, mental, social, emotional) and help the child understand the same with regard to the needs and demands of the environment around it, also aims to assist him in carrying out in conjunction with the new attitudes.
