Numerator: All patient in the denominator who viewed their PHR on the patient portal. 1) State holidays are not considered 2)Individual data elements viewed are not considered. Denominator: Unique patients who have an encounter with the provider within the reporting period. Numerator: All patient in the denominator where a user has printed the visit summary or has web-enabled the patient within 3 business days (excluding holidays) of the encounter date.
