Outcome List of research priorities for short (1-2 yrs), medium (2-5 yrs) and long term (> 5 yrs)

5 Some ideas for animal production research What are the main shortcomings that R&I should aim to tackle in the short, medium and long term? Ideas from new Action Plan on organic production: e.g. research Modifiez into le animal style du nutrition: titre protein and micronutrients supply, feed efficiency, breeding, availability of livestock material and aquaculture juveniles Ideas from TP Organics strategic research agenda: e.g. appropriate and robust livestock systems, breeding robust animal breeds. Is more research required or simply greater access to research results?

6 Other ideas: Some ideas for animal production research Structure of the supply chain? Innovative marketing techniques? Databases? Price? Modifiez le style du titre Improving breed performance and productivity? Feed production? Improve medication? Tackle use of antibiotics? Improve availability of organic vitamins? Develop the integrative aspect of production further? i.e. with renewable energy production? Is more research required or simply greater access to research results?
