The data show that in 2013, total enrolments by students with a disability declined, compared with with a disability are increasingly enrolling in higher level qualifications that lead to improved employment outcomes, but generally require a longer period to complete. The decline was mainly in AQF Certificate II and below, and non-aqf qualifications.
