In addition, Managers will learn their part of the process. Accounts Payable in. Topics include receipts, and other topics related to procurement in. Introduction to managing s in. 2 Managers (Supervisors) 101 Module 1 Module OPS Transaction (Not including Faculty Adjuncts) Timekeeper The 101 class will teach how to navigate around and use the selfservice functionality to manage your personal leave and time. In addition, Managers will learn their part of the process. Comp Partners. Learn the fundamentals of the Human Resources Business Processes such as creating positions, creating job requisitions, initiating the pre-hire and hiring an employee. Comp Partners. Continue your learning journey of Human Resources Business Processes with topics such as terminations, compensation changes, and promotions. Change jobs, start assignments, move from Student OPS to regular OPS, stop pay, add additional assignments, extend assignments, request compensation change, change in workspace and location. Changing scheduled weekly hours (i.e., formerly FTE). Assist SP and OPS employees with time entry and time off requests. Manage compensatory leave. Manage time entry and time off adjustments.
