EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Canada Technology Recovery Test completed successfully. FNF Canada has designed a redundant, highly available D/R architecture with duplication of key components. Where fault tolerance is not built in, a quick replacement strategy is utilized. All applications, infrastructure systems, end-user testing, primary and secondary objectives were completed and verified within the time constraints of the exercise that took place September 22 and 23, Eleven (11) applications were successfully recovered, all within their recovery time objectives (RTO). All Disaster Recovery procedures were followed correctly, which led to an efficient and expeditious recovery. Failover of critical Telecommunications equipment, including primary phone system, primary ISP connection, firewall and fax PRIs also tested successfully and within their RTOs. Slide 3

OVERVIEW Fidelity National Financial (FNF) and FNF Canada conducted a disaster recovery test for the suite of applications utilized at the various FNF Canada locations. The test began at the Montreal office on 9/22/2012 starting with application testing at 9:00am EST. Critical telecommunications equipment and services were tested for failover in Mississauga on 9/23/2012 starting at 9am EST. The FNF (BCO) has completed a review of the Canada D/R test and has included its findings in this report. The BCO has the following objectives for reviewing disaster recovery tests: To observe the exercise as conducted by FNF Canada and provide oversight. To ensure proper recovery processes and procedures are in place and that they are being followed. To improve disaster recovery operational effectiveness and to provide recommendations on how to improve processes and procedures within the Business Continuity Program. Slide 4

FRIDAY, SEP 21 TESTING OUTLINE On Friday the BCO team met at the Mississauga, ON facility to review the DRP and conduct a Business Recovery Exercise with all department heads. Dan Cinotti and the FNF Canada Business Recovery team reviewed the DRP Documentation with the BCO. The team verified that all support contact information and network diagrams were current. Call tree testing was performed. SATURDAY, SEP 22 On Saturday the team gathered at the Montreal offices. At 9am a disaster was simulated. Dan Cinotti and Anjum Iqbal performed the Application Recovery. Dan focused on the accounting applications while Anjum worked in parallel on the web applications. Business user Temi Arvanitakis was on site to test. All applications were recovered within their specified RTOs with no major issues. Indad Ramdeen was offsite at his home and also performed testing, along with JB Parenteau and Mario Menezes. Slide 5

TESTING OUTLINE SUNDAY, SEP 23 On Sunday, the team performed the Telecommunications testing from the Mississauga Office. The scope of the test included an actual failure of critical telecommunications equipment to determine if automated failover is functioning correctly. The following infrastructure was tested: Primary Phone System failure (Call Manager failure) Primary ISP failure (Blink Communications) Primary internet firewall failure Multiple fax PRI failure (fax redirection to DRP locations and recovery back) The Bell Switch redirect service for phone and fax failover to Montreal office and Halifax offices was also tested. All telecommunications testing was successful and all RTOs met without any major issues. Slide 6

KEY ISSUES & RECOMMENDATIONS After analyzing the raw data, as well as observing the methodologies used during the D/R test, FNF has determined that the test was successful and completed efficiently. There is an increased number of DRP databases to recover, however this did not prevent the recovery from meeting the designated 4 hour RTO (actual recovery time for this exercise was 39 minutes). Business Visions recovery the import batch needed to be ran manually after the recovery of NPS2. Recovery documentation has been updated to reflect this requirement. Continue to convert FNF Canada documentation to current FNF BCO Technology Recovery methodology, including AIAs for all applications. Slide 8
