3 Designate at least two MyMail Sub-Administrators: Principal and VLCF must: Create a deployment schedule and complete the deployment logistics worksheet (attached) CCTP Leadership Team must guide: Revision of the school site and classroom management to reflect 1:1 technology integration Initial development of goals for educational technology integration Determine logistics for storing, distributing and collecting ipads while they remain at school. Elementary: All devices are kept in classrooms Secondary: Extra devices stored in secure location. Secondary schools must account for PE, students leaving for sports and have secure carts through out the school Responsible for ensuring that students have access to the digital curriculum through the resetting of MyMail Passwords and creating MyMail accounts for new students (This person also can be designated as an istrator and/or Asset Manager.) Please submit a copy of the deployment schedule and worksheet to the VLCF Please fill out the educational technology integration goals worksheet If the devices are not going home immediately, bell schedule may have to be adjusted in secondary schools. Plan for PE, after school activities, assemblies, school breaks, etc. Ensure that all teachers attend required device PD (Apple) and curriculum PD (Pearson) Version /05/14 3

4 Collaborate with VLCF to inform faculty and staff of device rollout timeline and procedures, and to complete faculty deployment training.
