Karen Schwaderer, RN, BSN, OCN is the Breast Navigator at the West Penn Allegheny Health System, Forbes Regional Campus. Previously, she worked to develop research based Navigator programs for an NCI funded grant throughout Western Pennsylvania. Elaine Sein, RN, BSN, OCN, CBCN is the Senior Project Manager for the Fox Chase Cancer Partner Program which established a Breast Care Coordinator/Patient Navigator program in 2004.
