ITALIAN ASSOCIATION OF SPECIALIZED PERIODIC PRESS ITALIAN PERIODIC PRESS UNION In 2014 the average circulation of each bimonthly issue of MACPLAS (Italian edition) was about 7,000 copies. MACPLAS is distributed to companies operating in different segments of the plastics and rubber industry. The breakdown of circulation for each issue of the Italian edition, on the basis of readers' activity, is the following: Italian plastics and rubber processors and recyclers 5,500 (injection moulding and related processes 52% - extrusion 31% blow moulding 5% - thermoforming 5% - others 7%) Manufacturers and representatives of machinery & equipment 700 (including ASSOCOMAPLAST Members) Producers of raw materials and additives 300 Others (retailers, agents etc.) 200 Abroad (Chambers of Commerce, Associations etc.). 300 Total average circulation 7,000 MACPLAS INTERNATIONAL Some special supplements (in local language) are scheduled concurrently with the most important specialized fairs worldwide, including collective participations of Italian exhibitors. SUBSCRIPTIONS The rates for 1-year subscriptions to the printed edition of MACPLAS are as follows: MACPLAS (Italian paper edition - 6 issues) 40 euro + VAT for Italy 60 euro + VAT in Europe MACPLAS (electronic browsable edition) 25 euro + VAT MACPLAS (Italian paper + electronic browsable edition) 50 euro + VAT for Italy 70 euro + VAT in Europe. Two issues of the electronic version of MACPLAS are sent free of charge to the subscribers of MACPLAS (paper edition). The complete archive, starting from 2008, of the electronic version of MACPLAS is available for subscribers to the electronic version. 2

The rate for each module (75x20 mm) is 50 euro + VAT. DISCOUNTS AND PRINTING MATERIAL PRINTING MATERIAL Printing material to be delivered on CD-R or transmitted by (g.zazzaro@macplas.it) within the dates mentioned in the editorial plan of page 5. The subject must be saved in CMYK, in the preset sizes and formats, as high resolution (300 DPI) PDF format, with a 3-mm trim oversize in case of bleed ads. A printing proof (chromaline) for full colour ads with the CD-R is suggested. To be consistent with readers, the ads must be in the same language as the edition in which they are published (Italian, English etc.). Exceptions must be agreed in advance with the editorial staff of MACPLAS. Inserts (210x297) must have trimming edge 10 mm up and 13 mm down, 2 mm left and 8 mm right. Paper weight must be between 135 and 175 g/m 2. DISCOUNTS (euro) from 2,500 to 4,000 10% from 4,001 to 6,000 15% over 6,000 20% The quantity discounts cannot be summed up for different advertisers even if managed by the same advertising agency. The agency commission (15%) is reserved only for acknowledged advertising agencies and is credited to them after payment of the advertisement by the customer. 3

4 MAILING SERVICE Our mailing service consists of sending an , completely customizable, from MACPLAS account but on behalf of your company. The extrapolation of the address from our database, based on the classification technology and on the countries of your interest, allow a particularly effective and targeted communication. If you are interested to use this service you should provide a text in HTML format, or alternatively in Word, including one or more links and possible images. We will tell you the number of readers who have downloaded the images and the number of readers who have clicked on links included in your communication. Our mailing service has a flat fee of 300 euro euro + VAT for each address. Mailing service for the whole mailing list of our Italian and English newsletters (30,000 addresses) has a rate of 3,000 euro + VAT. MACPLAS E-NEWS WEBSITE The bilingual newsletter MACPLAS E-NEWS (Italian and English) was created four years ago and is sent to all the companies included in the magazine database. The Italian newsletter contains a selection of news published on the MACPLAS website, and it is mailed twice a week to 13,000 Italian addresses, while the weekly English version reaches 17,000 foreign addresses (mostly plastics and rubber processors, but also machinery manufacturers, raw material producers, research institutes, agents etc.). In each issue of MACPLAS E-NEWS banner ads are available for advertisers to promote their products and services, delivered directly to the mailboxes of readers. Newsletters will be not published on the occasion of Italian holidays and from August 1 st until August 31 st and from December 24 until January 1 st.
