1 Office of Marketing/Public Relations Public Relations Print, Publicity, and Photography Request Procedures: 1.) Requestor should download the Public Relations Print, Publicity, and Photography Request Form from the Shawnee Community College website under the employee resources page. 2.) The Requestor will or place the completed form(s) in the Marketing mailbox or to 3.) Marketing/Public Relations will notify by of receipt of the form. 4.) The Marketing Coordinator will initiate contact with requestor to discuss event goals/objectives, logistical needs and expected outcomes. 5.) The President of the College will approve all printed materials produced during the course of an event. 6.) Requests for photography services must be made through the Marketing/Public Relations Office well in advance.

If you have attachments (pictures, images, etc.) for your proposed marketing event or advertising requests, please those attachments to along with the Public Relations Print, Publicity, and Photography Request Form. 8.) Please notify the Marketing/Public Relations Office of events or marketing needs well in advance. (Please note that certain print materials take longer to produce and/or print if it needs to be printed by a third party.)
