MARGULIES is the founding partner of The Margulies Law Firm and a recognized Southern California Super Lawyer award recipient in years 2009 and 2010, has big-firm specialized training and experience in business and consumer bankruptcy law. Mr. Margulies practices in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Fahim Farivar FAHIM FARIVAR is an associate attorney with The Margulies Law Firm. Mr. Farivar earned both his Juris Doctorate and his Master of Law (L.L.M.) degree from the from the UCLA School of Law in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Mr. Farivar subsequently obtained a Masters Degree in Business Tax from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. His Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, including a minor degree in Accounting, graduating summa cum laude, was achieved at the University of California Los Angeles. Mr. Farivar is also a Certified Professional Accountant (C.P.A.) He has lectured at non-profit organizations and fundraising events on various law and accounting issues.
