HEDIS (Administrative) NCQA Accreditation NCQA Rating Kyhealthnow 2019 goal* To identify adult members with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder who were dispensed an antipsychotic and had a diabetes screening test during the measurement year Members age eighteen to sixty-four as of December 31st of the measurement year with Schizophrenia or Bipolar Disorder, excluding those members who have already been diagnosed with diabetes or who did not have any antipsychotic medications dispensed during the measurement year Members diagnosed with Schizophrenia or Bipolar Disorder who are taking antipsychotic medications should be screened for diabetes annually.
