Modular Welding Screens Our unique joining system allows the user to easily convert any single panel units to multi-sided applications without the use of ties, clips or other mechanical connecting devices. These screens are ideal as grinding shields and privacy dividers as well as for dust containment and splash and spray confinement. We offer a large selection of curtain materials including transparent, duck and high heat fabrics. You may order Mauritzon replacement curtains designed to fit virtually any standard frame regardless of manufacturer. Screens join side-by-side for multi-panel applications. Dimensions 12 oz. 3 Mauritzon screens feature rugged tubular steel construction and one piece curtains for complete elimination of light transmission between panels. ESTABLISHED 1888 Mauritzon multi-panel screens feature hinged corners which eliminate connectors which you have to purchase with other systems. All one and four panel screens are furnished with platform legs. The two and three panel screens do not require platform legs, but they are available at extra cost if your customer requires them. Olive Drab Duck 100% Cotton canvas. Flame-retardant finish is also water and mildew resistant. Recommended for vertical use only, not as a blanket. Available in 36", 48", 60" and 72" widths. Roll lengths of approximately 100 yards. 14 mil Weld-View Transparent Vinyl Provides protection for passersby from harmful UV radiation yet still allows viewing of employee by supervisor. CFM* approved. Select the shade that best suits your work environment from the following: Yellow: for use in poorly lit areas. Green: for use in well lit areas. Blue: for use in well lit areas. Orange: for use under most light conditions. Gray: for use in well lit areas. Available in 64" and 74" widths and roll lengths of 100 and 86 yards respectively. *California Fire Marshall approved. 20 mil Clear Vinyl FR CFM approved. Optically clear with UV inhibitors to prevent yellowing. Uses include: grinding shields, dust and spray containment, splash protection and climate control. Ideal for welding curtains to contain sparks and splatter. Roll length 50 yards. Insta-Curtains Insta-Curtains are the quick, easy solution for replacement curtains and temporary welding enclosures. This pre-grommeted curtain roll can be cut to your required length using a carton knife or scissors. The grommets are spaced 12" apart on one edge for strong, safe hanging. Insta-Curtains are available in 5 and 25 yard lengths. Two CFM*-approved materials are available: 64" wide x 14 mil thick Weld-View transparent vinyl in yellow, blue, green, orange, gray and shade 8 green; and 61" wide x 13 mil vinyl coated polyester in dark green, blue and yellow with other colors available upon request.
