1 Social Engage Engine PRO Thanks for your order of the Social Engage Engine Pro. This software is designed to help you locate and target highly relivent leads from keyword, location, page ranking factors and social metrics across the top social network sites all in one convenient easy to manage layout. There are 2 modes to the operation of this software Mode 1 Located in the 4 tabs within tab 1 Allows you to manage age your projects, clients and web property social metrics. Set up your response, configure settings and add your api key. Mode 2 located on tab 2 consists of the search interface Search out prospects/leads based on social metrics and add the most promising to projects for further analysis and follow up.

2 Getting Started API KEY In order to harvest social metrics you will need an api key. The api key is provided by a 3 rd party free of charge for 5000 searches per month. More can be purchased and are very reasonable at Once you have your production api key enter and save it in settings tab1-3 Note: to get a production api key you must first use the testing key and run a project. Once you have used the key mashape will allow you to tie the shared count app to a production key for longterm use. To learn more please watch here

3 Creating Your First Project Starting your first test project should be with one of your own web properties. Create a new project from tab 1-2 Start by naming your project something simple you will be able to recall later on. You may use spaces but no special charactors Add your web properties urls one per line. If you wish to receive updates when processing on tab 1-1 Social Metrics add an address. (note s if available will be imported when adding a new project from search tab2-1 If you wish to contact a prospective client by phone add their phone here. Note will be imported from search if available. Click Save to save your project. Once saved project will be available to modify by choosing desired project from drop down and clicking modify. You can then edit or delete your project. Don t forget to save any edits.

4 Running A Project Run your projects on tab 1-1 by selecting your desired project from the drop down, clicking LOAD and then click Process Metrics. Your project will start and process the results from each of the urls saved within the project. You can fine tune the delay between processing each site here. (Recommend min 5 sec) If you wish to your client and the clients is saved within the project check send . (Depending on settings (Tab 1-3) will either zip up all project results or only display most recent) Each detailed chart is also saved in the back end folder results within the application root folder and dated. Click Stop to stop the action at any time. Results window displays most recent results in a text format. Status shows live progress

5 Prospects/Follow Up The software contains a basic smtp client which will allow you to contact your prospects and include their most recent social metric data. Note this is optional the same data can also be imported into your own favorite client. Setup your smtp mail server and formulate your on Tab 1-4 Reply to Your address Input your spinnable subject and body text here. Enter your mail client smtp server settings. Note all clients have different settings please contact your provider to get correct settings. Click preview to check out how your will look when delivered. (Pull bottom edge of app down to see more results) Note You must check Send On Tab 1-1 to send when processing metrics. How you use the data is up to you the options are limitless for lead gathering and breaking the ice with your potential clients.

6 Harvesting Potential Clients/Leads Search for potential clients from tab 2-1 This module allows you to add potential clients to your projects based on top social metric results, page ranking factors and contact ability. The process is broken down into 3 steps as follows. Step 1 Enter a keyphrase and location. You may enter multiple keywords & use keyword + or - (Filter results by blacklist by checking the box) Step 2 - Further refine your results by entering an undesired result row# and clicking DEL Step 3 Click Get Metrics to process search results for ranking factors and social metrics Enter row# and click the blue + to add a desired project to your project results.

7 Settings All settings will default for North American use. You can fine tune social engines, country search modes and proxies here. Settings are on Tab 1-3 Social Engines All social engines are search enabled by default Search Engines Choose from US/Can or UK. Choose from socket (faster) or browser based search mode Proxy Settings Add your proxy time out between 5-15 sec. Add your proxies one per line in the format proxy:port or proxy:port:user:pass Click Import to load them up Mics. Load your blacklist text file (default file created in folder root blacklist.txt one per line) Check zip to add all project urls to a zip file for easy attachment to . OR leave unchecked to send most recent report in html format.
