3 SpagoBI a pure Open Source approach SpagoBI is the 100% open source, complete and flexible business intelligence suite, developed and managed by SpagoBI Competency Center of Engineering Group, one of the top 10 European IT companies and Italy s largest operator in the IT services market. The Suite offers a wide range of entirely open source analytical tools, as follows: REPORTING 4 engines: JasperReport, BIRT, Accessible report, BO SpagoBI allows to realize structured reports, using structured information views (e.g. lists, tables, crosstabs) and to export them using several formats (HTML, PDF, XLS, XML, TXT, CSV, RTF). MULTIDIMENSIONAL ANALYSIS (OLAP) 3 engines: Jpivot/Mondrian, JPalo/Mondrian, JPXMLA SpagoBI allows the multidimensional analysis through flexible and user-friendly OLAP engines. Users can monitor the data on different detail levels and from different perspectives, through drill-down, drill-across, slice-and-dice, drill-through processes. CHARTS 3 engines: JFreeChart, HChart, ExtChart SpagoBI allows to develop single ready-to-use graphical and interactive widgets, which can be used alone or jointly into one s reports for a richer data view.
