National Board for Standards in Health Informatics BSHI (1st meeting of Board in june 2006)! Above entities are providing transparent and continuity functions of National Health Informatics.

Council for Health Informatics is the Body responsible for Key decisions in National Health Informatics, Authorized to create Directives for all other national bodies regarding National Priorities and Activities in area of Health Informatics.! National Board for Health Informatics Standards is the main National Body covering Standards in Health Informatics Recommends acceptable National and International Standards in Health Informatics to CHI for adoption.

" Direct communication between the citizens and HC providers

While PACS system could remain standalone, the teleradiological connections demand the upgrade of the basic information infrastructure in health care for safe and transparent exchanges of information between hospitals! the establishment of safety and technological standards for safe communication, management and storing medical data, setting up minimum standards and range of technologies that should ensure interoperability and safe communication also when public communication networks are used ( Internet )
