The pgrm provides men with information about the risks and harms that prostitution presents to them, the community, and prostituted women. The education curriculum includes presentations by the police department, prosecutor, community members, Aids Volunteers of Cincinnati, and survivors of prostitution. A pgrm fee is assessed to provide continued community services for survivors of prostitution. Program facilitators develop individualized recovery plans with each woman, addressing her emergency needs, trauma, housing, SA, MH, healthcare, education, employment, family services, and other needs identified by the woman. Numerous referral sources include the criminal justice system and (diversion, probation, community re-entry from jail), other providers or self-referrals. Courts Lytle Street Diversion Probation

3 TAMAR JUSTICE WOMEN Jail & community-based pgrm for women who have Corrections experienced repeated trauma and who are now in the Re-entry criminal justice system because of behaviors related to untreated behavioral health problems. This pgrm also provides case management and community transitioning services to assist women in receiving therapeutic healing, trauma counseling, professional MH, SA, health and social services. Prostituted women who have been involved in the TAMAR jailbased pgrm will be referred to the community-based 300 Lytle Street Off the Streets pgrm to continue their treatment once released from jail. 4 Court Clinic CC JUSTICE MH/SA Court Clinic is one of eleven certified Forensic Centers Greater Cincinnati in the State of Ohio that provides evaluations for the criminal courts of Hamilton and Clermont Counties. Court Clinic also provides Court Liaison and Community Re-entry services to the Criminal Courts. Primary sevices include Alternative Interventions for Women (a continuum of services for women in the criminal justice system with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders) Individual Counseling/Psychotherapy Competency Restoration Anger Management and other Treatment Groups Medical/Somatic Community Support Provider including Transition from Jail to the Community Re-entry options 909 Sycamore Court Clinic Alternative ti Interventions for Women & AIW Connections AIW JUSTICE WOMEN A continuum of Gender-Responsive services for women in the criminal i justice system with co-occurring MH and SA disorders. Although basic services include Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Med/Somatic and Psycho-educational, trauma recovery is a core pgrm component. Intervention to participate in AIW intensive outpatient services can occur at any point of the criminal justice system. An in-depth assessment or modified indepth asssessment is conducted to determine eligibility. Women participate in services for up to one year while on community control.
