3 Complementary options All our are equipped with a complete inventory which is sufficient for the maximum number of persons. You will find the detailed inventory list upon your arrival in your accommodation. If bed linen or towels are not provided in your accommodation, it is possible to rent kits. You can mention this at your reservation (according availability). PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED WHEN YOU ARE STAYING IN AN ACCOMMODATION. Supplements l Tourist tax included; l Eco-contribution: 0,30 per person per night ( 3 years); l Cancellation guarantee: 9 per night; l Specific request: 35 per booking; l Extra tent (max. 2x2 m): 8 per night. Maximum 1 extra tent (small or to play) per accommodation, provided that the number of persons does not exceed the maximum allowed in the accommodation; l Second vehicle on the pitch: 7 per night; l Final cleaning: 80 ( 100 for Key West, Safari Camp and VIP) if the accommodation is not cleaned at the time of departure or if you prefer to have it cleaned by us. You always need to wash up the dishes, drop off the garbage and disposable beds covers at the waste containers and leave towels and bed linen at the linen room (this is not included with the final cleaning). For departures outside the opening hours of the reception which aren t notified, the cleaning fee will be automatically deducted from the paid deposit; l Visitor: 15 per person per day. Person not registered by written confirmation before arrival: 15 per person per night (provided that the number of persons does not exceed the maximum allowed in the accommodation); l Deposit accommodation: 300 (by credit/debit card, we don t accept any deposit by cash). Choice of pitch or special request If you want to book a specific pitch number, neighbouring (max. 3) or if you have a special request, a supplement of 35 per accommodation needs to be paid together with the deposit. Specific requests can only be guaranteed for maximum 3 neighbouring and if the supplement of 35 per accommodation has been paid. If we cannot meet the requested preferences, the option and the extra 35 will be cancelled. In this case your pitch number will be randomly allocated on your arrival day. Groups For the reservation of more than three neighbouring, please contact the reservations department for the possibilities and availability. We do not accept more than three neighbouring during high season. The management preserves the right to decline group requests to ensure the serenity of our guests. 10

4 Half board* This option applies to all persons registered in the booking. Therefore, it is not possible to choose this option for only some participants. Included: one packet of coffee for the entire stay and every morning: 2 croissants per person and 1 baguette per accommodation. Every evening: dinner is served at our restaurant (half-board set menu: starter - main course - dessert; beverage not included). Tariff: 21 per day for a person from 12 years, 14 per day for a child from 3 to 11 years, free for children until 2 years. This option is only available from 13/05 to 09/07 and from 27/08 to 04/09. Breakfast bag* For 4/6 persons: white bread, ground coffee, chocolate milk (powder), tea, milk, orange juice, jam, butter, sugar, cereals, yoghurt, ham, cheese, eggs. Tariff: 36 Cleaning kit* Dishwashing liquid, floor and window cleaning agent, 3 black and 3 yellow garbage bag, 1 kitchen roll, 1 sponge, 3 toilet rolls. Tariff: 13 Bed linen kit** Pair of sheets with pillowcase. Tariff: 14 per week for a single bed Tariff: per week for a double bed. Exchangeable once a week (on Monday/Tuesday morning). Towels set** Consisting of 1 large and 1 small towel. Tariff: 10. For the duration of the stay. Non exchangeable. Bathroom and kitchen towels kit** Consisting of 2 large and 2 small towels, 1 bath mat, 2 tea towels. Tariff: 25. For the duration of the stay. Non exchangeable. Baby kit** Consisting of baby cot (without mattress) and/or infant chair. Tariff: 4 per night. Remove single bed* Remove one single bed to be able to install a baby cot. Tariff: 15 per bed. Baby bath** Tariff: 2 per night. Filled fridge upon arrival* Do not bother about the groceries; we fill up your fridge. For 4/6 persons, you will receive a large selection of products, 2 poultry breasts, 4 slices of ham, 8 slices of bacon, 6 chipolatas sausages, 6 eggs, cream, tin of tuna, tin of corn, tin of tomato sauce, 1 bag of lettuce, Penne (pasta), rice, Laughing Cow, Edam, yoghurts (fruit and natural), 2 bottles of water, 1 bottle of Rosé wine, 1 carton of fruit juice, 1 carton of milk, biscuits, apple sauce, tin of soup, 1 kitchen roll, white bread, grated cheese, fruits (2 apples, 2 kiwis, 2 bananas), oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, butter. 5 General sales terms and conditions Article 1 Sales terms and conditions The present sales terms and conditions govern by operation of law all the sales of stays sold on the website: They become an integral part of the contract concluded between the establishment and the customers. The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning himself and any other person enjoying the stay. According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the establishment office. Article 2 Booking conditions 2.1 Price and payment All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. Any change in the VAT rate, which occurs between the time that the prices were determined and the invoicing of the reservation will incur in a correlative modification of the price including VAT, where the client unconditionally agrees with. Camping pitch booking requests: pitch booking requests are nominative and non-transferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the payment of the deposit and the administration fees. Accommodation booking requests: accommodation booking requests are nominative and non-transferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the deposit. The final balance is due for payment 30 days prior your arrival. In case of non-payment, your reservation will be cancelled without notice and the deposit won t be refunded or compensated. In case of any delay on the day of arrival and don t warn the establishment, the accommodation or camping pitch will be available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking. After this deadline and without written notification, the booking will be cancelled and the total payment remains acquired by the establishment. No discount will be granted for late arrivals and/or early departure. 2.2 Changing your booking A modification fee of 50 Euros will be charged for any change regarding your booking before or during your stay. Modifications are possible according to availabilities. 2.3 Cancellation According to the general sales terms and conditions, any booking with unpaid balance will be cancelled. Only cancellations send by registered mail are admissible. For cancellations made up to 30 days before the booked arrival date, the deposit remains in possession of the campsite. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the booked arrival date, the total amount remains in possession of the campsite. By no means, the reservation fee will be refunded. 2.4 Withdrawal Pursuant to Article L of the Consumer Code, the consumer is informed that no right of withdrawal does apply to services for which a reservation is required. 2.5 Cancellation guarantee We advise you to subscribe cancellation guarantee at the time of booking. Only cancellation claims send by registered mail within 3 days after the incident, including documentary evidences, are admissible. The cancellation guarantee warrants the refund of the amount paid by the applicant, for an accommodation or camping pitch specified on the contract and only between the date of reservation and the date of arrival at the campsite, for an unforeseeable and unknown event at the time of reservation. The costs of the cancellation guarantee as well as the booking fee for camping pitches are note refunded. The cancellation guarantee covers the following incidents: 1. Death, life threatening accident or serious illness to yourselves, or immediate family (parents, brothers or sisters) 2. Unemployment of yourself or your partner due to economic redundancies 3. A move due to a job transfer 4. Damages suffered to your house of residence due to for example fire, storm or natural disasters, vandalism or burglary. This list is exhaustive. This cancellation guarantee ceases to have effect from the booked arrival date and can not be valid if any accident occurs during your stay at the campsite. Prices cancellation guarantee: - Camping pitch: 5 euros per day - Accommodation: 9 euros per day Article 3 Course of the stay 3.1 Arrival and departure - For camping pitches: arrivals from pm and departures before pm, free days of arrival and departure. - For : arrivals from pm and departures before am, on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday during July and August. Free arrival and departure days during low season. From 12 am it is not possible to enter the campsite. You have the full responsibility for finding an alternative off-site accommodation. 3.2 Duration - For camping pitches: in July and August, from 7 nights according availability; in low season, from 1 night according availability. - For : in July and August, from 7 nights according availability; in low season, from 2 nights according availability. 3.3 Deposit A deposit of 300 Euros (credit/debit card) per accommodation will be requested upon arrival. A deposit of 150 Euros (credit/debit card) per Premium camping pitch or rental fridge will be requested upon arrival. We don t accept any desposit by ceash. The deposit will be cancelled within 10 days after your departure. Any damage will be invoiced and added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning fees if the accommodation or the camping pitch is not perfectly clean when you leave. 3.4 Key handover Any delay for giving back the key of the accommodation after am or setting free the camping pitch after pm will be invoiced one extra night. 3.5 Pets If you re staying in an accommodation it is not allowed to bring a pet. If you re staying on a camping pitches maximum 1 pet is allowed, provided that the pet is kept on a lead inside the campsite and on the pitch, doing its hygienic walk outside the campsite, his droppings are picked-up, and that his behaviour does not hinder the serenity of our guests. Pets are forbidden at the swimming pool, the children s playground and the sanitary blocks. Certificates and vaccinations (rabies compulsory) have to be up-to-date. Dogs belonging to the 1st and 2nd categories are forbidden. 3.6 Rules of procedure In accordance with the law in force, the client agrees to subscribe to the Rules of procedure, listed in the Prefecture, available at the reception desk, it will be given on demand. Article 4 - Liability The establishment is not liable for any damages on the client s equipment; civil liability insurance for your equipment is compulsory. The establishment can not be held responsible for any promises made by its employees and/or third parties, in which has been evidently deviated from these stipulations or from the stipulations mentioned in the conditions of the provider, unless these promises have been confirmed in writing by the management. Article 5 Applicable Law These general conditions are subject to the French law and all disputes concerning their application fall under the jurisdiction of the High Court or Commercial Court of La Rochelle. All descriptions, tariffs and opening dates published in previous brochures is cancelled and replaced by the edition of this brochure.
