Evaluatin at Otag - 2 main types: Individual teacher: 5 cmpulsry questins + 5 additinal selected frm a catalgue. Curse: N cmpulsry questins. Custm questins allwed. Up t 30 questins n a questinnaire.

Wuld prefer t be able t d the set up nline - paper based system really just adds a barrier t implementatin. I really dn't understand the reasn fr the enrmus delays in prcessing the results. We have becme s accustmed t ding everything n-line; it wuld be much appreciated if the request frms culd be cmpleted and submitted electrnically. Autmate the entire prcess already!

When rdering evaluatins nline (InFrm), it helps if yu have had t select the questins by hand (hardcpy) previusly. I had truble with using it in my brwser (Safari), but it was fine when I switched t Ggle Chrme. I had sme initial issues with my brwser nt shwing buttns fr the nline questinnaires but this was quickly reslved.

I received my feedback very quickly (arund 2 weeks). Usually within 2 weeks, quick prcessing....the prcess shuld be cmpletely autmatic. Yet still it takes many weeks t get the results.
