The main theme of ISMMMO International Symposium on Auditing in Turkey which will be held the 11th year, this year, is Developments, Changes And Expectations In Auditing. Because it is a fact that, the future of our profession is being passed from a historical process in terms of Turkish and the world economy. The necessity of institutionalization in Practices, e-government, the vision of becoming a global player in a sharpening competitive environment and so forth parameters are forcing our profession to challenging curves. To pass the bend safely, understanding the performance of business in a proper sense, audit stands out more than ever. From this perspective, many topics like information society, the new economic order, trends, service development, quality approach, independent financial review, enhancement of value added, confidence building shows the importance and the necessity of auditing without any concern.
