Any item in a Job List, or the entire list, can be added instantly to your basket then ordered as usual. Any stock and pricing changes will automatically update. Job Lists are especially useful for routine installation tasks when you need to order a predetermined inventory of supplies. When a specified set of parts is needed more than once, Job Lists are ideal. 11 Additional services Order pre-authorisation A unique service that cuts rogue spending Order pre-authorisation allows you to authorise any of your users to buy from a Newey & Eyre branch up to an agreed spend limit and against a specific order number. When your user presents us with his ID and contract details, we will enter these on our system and await approval to purchase from your e-procurement system. This real time approval process will display in the form of the user s spend limit and a purchase order number.
