2 Scope This document is dedicated to the users of the Order Manager tool integrated within the Gazelle IHE testing platform This document describes the architecture of the tool and its functionalities This document does not replace the user manual available at Tool is available at 2

15 HL7v2.x responders (1) Some of the implemented actors act as a responder in transactions based on HL7v2.x Order Manager is able to simulated those actors For each (domain, actor, character set) a port is open and the tool is listening on You will find the configuration of each of them in the tool IP address Port Receiving facility/application You must be logged in to access those configurations If you need another character set than the ones available, ask us Character set used during European connectathon is UTF-8 15 PLAN

19 Codes used by the tool In order to improve the quality of tests, the messages are not statically generated i.e. codes are taken from value sets Value sets are stored in the SVS Simulator and retrieved with a REST web service List of value sets used by the tool is available in the user manual A link to the value set contents are available there 19

22 Menu layout Order Management Under this menu, you will access the tools (sorted by IHE transactions) to test the management of orders and procedures Appointment Management RAD-48 is not yet implemented in this tool Worklist Management Under this menu, you will access the page to create a worklist, to list the available worklist entries and to list the messages exchanged between the modalities and the tool Browse data Gives you access to the objects (orders, procedures, worklists ) owned by each part of the tool 22

24 Requested procedure management RAD-4 and RAD-13 transactions use ORM^O01^ORM_O01 message structure (HL7v2.3.1) Procedure scheduled (OF IM/RM) Create requested procedures for an order Owned by the Order Filler part of the tool Newly created by the user Mapping between ordering codes and requested procedure is done using an XML file XSD: Bern 2012: One ORM message per procedure requested by the chosen order Procedure update (OF IM/RM) Cancel/Discontinue a procedure Update procedural information of a requested procedure Image/Report Manager part of the tool handles ORM^O01^ORM_O01 messages 24
