1 .my DOMAIN REGISTRY SENSITIVE DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE RESOLUTION THE COMPLAINANT Rule 19 5 WORKING DAYS Complainant must pay the Provider the Fees SUBMISSION OF COMPLAINT TO THE PROVIDER ( & hard copy) Rule 4 REVIEWS THE COMPLAINT (To make sure that it is in compliance with Policy & Rules) Rule 5.4 If the Provider finds that Complaint is incomplete or not in accordance with the Policy & Rules, it will notify the Complainant. The Complainant has 5 WORKING DAYS to rectify the Complaint Rule WORKING DAYS After the Provider has received payment of the Fees (non-refundable) Rule 5.1 THEPROVIDER WILL APPOINT THE CHAIRMAN OF THE REFERENCE PANEL TO REVIEW THE COMPLAINT (to ensure it falls within scope of If the Complainant does so within 5 working days Rule 5.4 If the Complainant does not complete the Complaint or amend it to be in compliance with Policy & Rules within the 5 working days or where the payment of the Fees is not made, the Complaint shall be considered withdrawn Rule 5.2 WILL SEND THE COMPLAINT TO THE RESPONDENT (If the compliant is complete & in compliance with Policy & Rules and Complaint is within If the Complaint is not within the scope of the SNDRP, the Chairman will inform the Provider.
