2 This is the landing page you would reach on clicking the link provided in your Enter your membership number ; name of the organiza<on will get filled automa<cally Enter the code which appears in the box (captcha code)

3 This is the second page of the applica<on; herein you would get to view the Returning Officer s LeIer.

4 On this page you would get to see the Terms and condi<ons for the Elec<on, you will have to accept the terms and condi<ons in order to move to the next screen.

5 On this page, you will have to select your name; which appears in the first drop down window Enter your membership no. again Click on the check box for you to move ahead You will also have to generate (OTP) one <me password for moving ahead; which will be sent to you registered mobile number this number will not be changed under any circumstance once the elec<on process starts The I Confirm buion will be ac<vated only when you enter the OTP and submit the same, check the box and move forward

6 This is your ballot paper Depending on the open posts, You will have to select minimum one person on the whole page The maximum nos of votes to be casted will be men<oned on the ballot paper, you will not be able to select more than the nos specified, though you can de- select and change your vote again

7 On submit of the ballot paper, you will get this VIEW page to check for any errors/ mistakes; you can use the buion I Change my Op<on to go back (DO NOT use back buion of the browser or backspace to go back, you will be logged out of the system and you will have to go back to Step 1) and go back to the vo<ng screen. Please note that you will have to caste your votes in one aiempt. You can not do it in phased manner. Once you click on final submit buion the link in your mail box will be deac<vated and you can not use the same again

8 On final submission, you will get a page like this, wherein you will have an op<on to View and Save your ballot paper in pdf file for your future reference and record. You will also get a confirma<on of your vote being casted on 1) Registered mobile number and 2) on your registered ID in case if you have not done the same, please get in touch with your elec<on officer for the grievance

9 This is the pdf file which will open on your screen, please use SAVE icon on the browser to save your pdf file. This is Digitally signed and locked file, which cannot be altered.

10 General Instruc0ons 1. Latest browser, though system works on the earlier browser also, please download/ check for the latest version 2. Also ensure you have PDF reader installed on your system (you would not need to do this, if you have pdfwriter/ professional installed on your machine); you can download the Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF reader) here: hip://get.adobe.com/reader/ 3. Please DO NOT use the back buion of the browser under any circumstance as the applica<on will log you out of the system and you will have to start the process again 4.
