The Job A complete job analysis is undertaken to identify the specifics and the intangibles of the vacancy. Search Strategy The vacancy is flighted to the Cv People Africa website and other job boards, and appropriate advertising and search strategies are implemented. This might include referrals, direct sourcing, head hunting, networking, and the use of social and print media. A first port-of-call would be our Database which hosts over 100,000 local and foreign professional, skilled and semi-skilled registrants. Selection Process Key selection criteria are used to identify candidates of special interest. Where appropriate, pre-selection Interviews are conducted and a final shortlist is compiled for client presentation. Selection interviews are coordinated in accordance with client instruction and may include Personality Assessments and Interview Profiling, Reference and Security Checking, Medical Screening, etc. Job Offer Cv People Africa consultants are available to mediate between client and candidate to ensure an eventual successful outcome and job offer. 6 TERMS AND CONDITIONS A cost benefit analysis of in-house versus outsourced recruitment suggests that the benefit of outsourcing far outweighs an in-house approach with its related costs. COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS TIME FRAMES are reduced significantly by outsourcing from a minimum of six to eight weeks, to just a few days. SPEED of RESPONSE Trained and dedicated recruitment professionals with the correct skills set are tasked with managing the assignment and begin work immediately. CANDIDATES Outsourcing your recruitment means instant access to a database of professionals and skilled candidates accumulated over a period of many years. INDEPENDENT PERSPECTIVE Outsourcing offers an independent perspective allowing for a transparent, equal opportunity and fair recruitment process. COST OF RECRUITMENT via CV People Africa is significantly lower than an inhouse project requiring the attention of decision makers over several months, a protracted and costly advertising and sourcing campaign, the engagement of unsuitable subordinate personnel to undertake the administrative functions, and the final uncertainty of not knowing whether you have the best candidate. PLACEMENT FEES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS A Placement is defined as occurring when an individual, whom CV People Africa introduces by whatever means, is hired on a contractual, consultancy, temporary or permanent basis. A Placement Fee is raised when a placement is made. The fee charged will apply irrespective of the terms of probation and conditions of service. Fees will also be raised to cover specific outsourced services provided. Gross Annual Taxable Package shall be defined as the total annual remuneration before any deductions (eg. tax, pension, statutory levies, etc.) and will also include allowances or fringe benefits (13th cheque, bonus, transport, housing, entertainment, educational or cash allowances, school fees, medical aid, etc.) Should a Net Salary be paid, then the gross annual package will be calculated according to relevant tax bands. Should a Basic Salary Plus Commission be paid, the fee charged will be based on previous earnings and on an estimate of the expected gross annual package. Payment of the fee note, which is raised and ed once the new recruit has started, is expected on presentation and within 30 Days. Interest accrues at the rate of 1% per month thereafter.
