At that time he says, I lost my inhibitions by working as a Boy Scout summer camp counselor. Anyone who can lead a group of kids and their parents in singing Do Your Ears Hang Low has got to feel comfortable in front of a group - or have no dignity left at all. In 1983, Kevin founded the Kevin Nelson Marketing Group, a marketing firm specializing in healthcare and service industry clients. In 1998, due to his many years of working specifically with dental clients, Kevin also founded Dental Marketing Design, a marketing firm devoted solely to helping dental professionals promote and build their practices through proven marketing programs and relationship building systems. The Kevin Nelson Marketing Group, based in Idaho, serves clients from all over the United States and in Canada. His philosophy in marketing is summed up with his assertion that all business is People Business and the better we understand people the better we can serve them. This philosophy powers Kevin s marketing and training approach as he teaches and guides his dental clients to create what he calls the Totally Inside-Out, Patient-Built Practice.
