3 Getting Started Guide Citrix MarketingIQ is designed to help Citrix partners gain a competitive edge in the marketplace by leveraging innovative new technology and proven best practices to generate demand and accelerate sales. With Citrix MarketingIQ, you can customize and create marketing campaign assets to promote your Citrix-related services and solutions. Use it to create, customize execute high-impact marketing campaigns and manage events. Use Citrix MarketingIQ to target customers and prospects using an impressive library Landing Downloadable Event s registration pages of materials and resources site management tools without incurring any agency/design or third party hosting fees. Choose from a variety of marketing tactics including: Citrix MarketingIQ enables partners to execute and landing page campaigns and the track statistics and landing page lead generation with robust reporting. The events module empowers partners to host a registration site, send invitations to it and manage registrants. Get started now, and start building your pipeline today!

5 Starting Out Step one: Access Citrix MarketingIQ Partners access Citrix MarketingIQ via Citrix Partner Central. From Marketing in the main navigation, select MarketingIQ. Via an SSO connection you will be directed to the Citrix MarketingIQ portal. Step two: Have a look around Now you have successfully logged in let s review what the home page has to offer. Main Navigation The main navigation provides access to the different platform modules as well as links to other Citrix partner and marketing platforms. Marketing Campaign Center Demand Campaigns Event Center Resource Center Full Service Marketing Citrix Syndication (SharedVue) Funds Links to Ansira for MDF/Co-Op fund management My Account My Campaigns o Manage and landing page activities My Events o Manage event registrations and registration minisite My Profile Campaign Report o campaign metrics tracking Landing Page Report o Landing page lead tracking Contact Lists o Manage contact list databases Support Find support contact information and resources SalesIQ Links to Savo for sales enablement tools

6 Profile Setup Step three: Update your Citrix MarketingIQ profile Click on your name on the right side of the main navigation to access your MarketingIQ profile information. In order to go to market with any of the co-branded and landing page activities, or build an event registration minisite, you will need to complete a few items in your profile. On the More Information tab add some details about your organization. These details will be pulled into your event registration site. Finally, add a URL to your organizations Privacy Statement or type it into the text editor. This will be referenced from your , landing page and event registration site via a hyperlink. Step four: What do you want to do? Now, you are set up and ready to go. 1. In the Campaign Center you can customize and execute prepackaged campaigns with suggested messaging and campaign offers. Collateral includes s and landing pages. 2. Create and manage an event registration site in the Event Center. 3. Track campaign stats like metrics and landing page responses in your Reports suite. 4. Download valuable marketing and sales resources in the Resource Center. On the General Information tab, upload a company logo. This will be featured prominently on the marketing collateral that you will soon customize and send to list of prospects or on your event registration ministite. You are also required to provide an Footer.

7 Finding Campaigns In the Citrix MarketingIQ Campaign Center search for campaign collateral to execute to prospects and drive leads. Use the search tool at the top right of the page to search for campaigns by keyword or filter and sort the results at the top right of the results queue. Note that the results will preview details about the campaign: Marketing Activities ( and landing page templates) Downloadable resources Brief synopsis Key Play and product focus Alternatively you can search for campaigns based on a Demand Campaign or Joint Solution category from either the home page or the Demand Campaign page. This is an easy way to find relevant campaigns within a set of Key Plays.

8 Customizing and Executing Campaigns Once a campaign has been identified in search results, click the title of the campaign to find the campaign description page. On this page you will find information about the contents of this campaign. The sections of this page include: Campaign Description Why Use this Campaign How to Use this Campaign Activities o Customizable collateral like s and landing pages Additional Resources o Downloadable marketing and sales resources Related Campaigns

9 Customizing and Executing Campaigns After reading through the benefits of this campaign and how to use it, select a demand generation marketing activity to execute. This will start the workflow of customizing the activity. In most cases you will have the flexibility to select from different images and customize the messaging that is provided in the template editor. Note that your logo, partner badge and company information are pulled into the template automatically from your profile. Once satisfied with your customization, click Save and Continue. If you are editing a landing page you will be provided with a preview of the page and the option to be notified by when a prospect fills out the lead form. Track your leads in the Landing Page Report, accessible under My Account in the main navigation. If you are editing an you will have the opportunity to send yourself a test or download the as an HTML file. Additionally, you can upload a contact list and execute an to the list in the subsequent workflow steps. Track your s success via the Campaign Report, also found under My Account. All of the activities that you create, whether they are works in progress or have been previously executed, can be found in My Campaigns. In My Campaigns you can edit unfinished activities, copy and even download HTML files of the assets you ve created.

10 Event Center In the Citrix MarketingIQ Event Center you can create a unique event registration minisite and manage your event registrants. The platform will automatically send registration confirmation s, event reminders and even update s to registrants should you change the event date, time or venue. From the Event Center home page you have options to create a customized seminar, webinar or create an event using content that Citrix marketing has provided already. You can also copy and event that you have created to make an event series. Make your selection from the four options and follow the steps to add content that will be published to your publicly accessible event registration site. Once your registration site has been published you can socialize the URL for the site via your social channels. You can also send off invitation s directly from the platform by electing to do so at the end of the publish workflow by selecting Send Invitations. Manage your event details and registrants via My Events. Here you can review registrants, update event details, send invitations to additional lists of contacts and create a copy of an event. This is ideal if you plan on creating something like a webinar series or an in-person road show. The My Events Listings Page is another unique page for each partner where they can direct prospects to review all of their upcoming events.

11 Resource Center The Resource Center makes it easy to quickly find downloadable marketing and sales assets. Search by keyword or filter then click any resource in the search results to initiate the download of the asset to your computer. Click the Linked Campaigns button to see the campaigns that this resource is linked to access additional content or to execute a campaign.

12 Full Service Marketing For partners where this service is available, purchase marketing and lead generation services from approved Citrix vendors in the Full Service Marketing module. Search for vendors by service category. For applicable partners, allocate MDF, Co-op and Strategic Funds to pay for these vendor services. The description page of the Full Service Marketing activity will provide details about the vendor, service, deliverables and expectations. The request form will enable applicable partners the opportunity to allocate MDF or Co-op funds to pay for the service. Partners can also elect to selffund the activities when MDF or Co-op funds are not available.
