After due consideration of your recently submitted plans, the Committee Approved the Architectural Review, Site Plan Review and Sign Permit for one double-faced, free-standing illuminated sign. If you have not already done so, the next step in the process of development is to contact the Building Department, Third Floor, 531 K Street, Eureka, California, for construction permits as necessary. After due consideration of your recently submitted plans, the Committee Conditionally Approved the Architectural Review, Site Plan Review and Sign Permit for two non-illuminated wall signs. The conditions of approval affect only the proposed sign on the east wall adjacent to the existing Udder Place mural; the conditions require that the background color be a soft blue or white, and that the lettering for smoke salmon be blue with black shadow.
