2 Our History In 1962, Wilson Parking first opened for business in Perth, Western Australia. 50 years on and Wilson Parking is the market leader operating throughout Australasia. Today Wilson Parking utilises our unmatched industry experience and expertise to provide our customers with innovative parking solutions that maximise the returns to our clients. 3 Car Park Assets In 2000 Wilson Parking purchased its first car park on Ward Street in North Sydney. This was followed by the purchase of the Eureka car park in Melbourne s Southbank area in 2002 and the Jones Bay Wharf car park in Sydney in The strategic acquisition of key sites and the returns from these investments provides further financial stability that our clients can rely on.

4 ParkWatch is Born First established in 2004, Wilson ParkWatch is a state of the art customer contact centre connected to each car park through a dedicated private network providing real-time video, voice and data streaming. ParkWatch delivers immediate service to our customers at more than 110 car parks across Australia. In 2008 and again in 2010 Wilson ParkWatch was recognised by the Australian Business Awards for Product Excellence and Innovation. The quality of Wilson ParkWatch was further recognised in 2010 by the Parking Association of Australia with the Award for Excellence for Innovation in the industry. Wilson ParkWatch 2 Wilson ParkWatch 2 Surveillance Oz In 2012 Wilson ParkWatch featured on the Channel 7 rating s winning show Surveillance Oz. ParkWatch camera footage played an important role to demonstrate the impact of CCTV and remote monitoring facilities as a deterrent to anti-social behaviour in our society. Surveillance Oz reached the top of the ratings each week with upwards of 1.6 million viewers watching the program every Wednesday. 5 PlatinumPark Wilson Parking launched PlatinumPark in 2005 to provide a fully integrated access control and payment card for our corporate clients to access multiple car parks throughout a region. With 30% average revenue growth each year since its inception, PlatinumPark continues to be a key product for our business. Today PlatinumPark is available direct to the public so that more customers can experience the benefits of PlatinumPark and park like a VIP.

6 ParkMate Recognising the growing consumer shift to mobile web access, Wilson Parking launched the ParkMate app for iphone in ParkMate is a free app for consumers that pinpoints a customer s GPS location and displays the most convenient car parks nearby. Users can also search by region or destination address, look up special offers at our car parks and store the parking location of their car with the touch of a button PARKING ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRALIA Book a Bay is Australia s first and only fully integrated multi-city, multi-car park online parking reservation system. Launched in 2011 to provide our customers with a convenient method for pre-booking a parking space at our car parks, the system allows us to sell excess parking spaces at a discount off the normal rates while improving the overall yield of the car parks we operate. The rapid growth and success of Book a Bay has been recognised as a 2012 winner for Excellence in Management by the Parking Association of Australia.

7 Longevity Awards In 2011 Wilson Parking introduced Employee Longevity awards to recognise our most valuable asset our people. Of the 585 Wilson Parking employees in Australia an amazing 180 have worked with us for more than 10 years and 9 employees have been with us for 20 or more years.
