1 January 1, 2016 Version 2 Schick Xtreme3 Challenge Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. THIS CHALLENGE IS OPEN TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC) WHO ARE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE PROVINCE/TERRITORY IN WHICH HE/SHE RESIDES AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN AND PROVINCIAL LAWS. VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHERE PROHIBITED. SEE OFFICIAL RULES BELOW FOR FURTHER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS. 1. CHALLENGE PERIOD: The Challenge starts at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on January 11, 2016 and continues until 4:59:59 PM (ET) on November 28, 2016, (the Challenge Period ). The Challenge closes at 4:59:59 PM (ET) on November 28, 2016 (the Challenge Closing Date ). All Challenges will occur between 9:00:00 AM (ET) and 5:00:00 PM (ET) Monday to Friday. There will be no Challenges on Saturday and Sunday or on any statutory holiday during the Challenge Period. See Rule 3, 5 and Rule 6 for further details. Each Announcement Period will last for 48 consecutive hours (ET) following the launch/start of the Announcement Period (An example: Announcement launched at 11:00:00 AM (ET) on Monday January 11, 2016, and therefore closes at 10:59:59 AM (ET) on Wednesday January 13, 2016). The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid entry in this Challenge will be the Challenge server machine(s). 2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Challenge and be eligible to win a Prize, a person ( Entrant ) must be, at the time of entry into the Challenge: (a) an individual legal resident of Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec); (b) located in Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec); (c) the age of majority in the province/territory in which he/she resides on the day of entry; and (d) have internet access (which can be accessed for free at certain public facilities, for example, public libraries) and a Twitter account (which can be obtained for free by visiting [the Twitter Website ] and following the on-screen instructions to register for a free Twitter account). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household of such persons whether related or not) of Edgewell Personal Care Canada ULC (hereinafter Edgewell ) and (the Sponsor ), its parent, affiliates, agents, advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest organization and prize suppliers are not eligible to enter the Challenge. Groups, clubs, organizations, businesses and commercial and non-commercial entities cannot participate. For these Official Rules, "immediate family" means mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter and spouse, including common law spouse, regardless of where they reside. The Sponsor shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Challenge. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of the Challenge must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant should such entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information. Entries must be submitted by the individual and not by any other person on behalf of an entrant. Other Challenges or contests may be offered by Sponsor via its official Twitter during the Challenge Period but

2 such Challenge or contests are separate and apart from the Challenge and feature their own independent prize(s). 3. HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. To participate, you will need to create a Twitter account if you don t already have one. Membership on Twitter is free, and registration for Twitter can be obtained by visiting (the Twitter website ) and following the on-screen instructions to open an account. To enter the Challenge from your Twitter account, search for the Sponsor official Twitter A copy of the Official Rules will be available within the Sponsor profile. All Re-tweets must comply with the Twitter Terms of Service and Twitter Rules available at All Re-tweets must with the hash tag #SchickX3Win during an Announcement Period (January 11, 2016 November 28, 2016) so that your Re-tweet appears in the Sponsor mention tab. Any entry (Re-tweet) that does not follow the above format or has been altered or changed by an entrant will be discarded and will not be eligible for an entry for the applicable Announcement Period in this Challenge. By and Re-tweeting the Sponsor Announcement you agree to these Official Rules including but not limited to the Sponsor s right to Re-tweet any regular tweet you may send during the Challenge Period (even though such regular tweet will not result in entry in this Challenge). Remember Twitter is a public space. By way of reminder, regular tweets and private messages do not count as an entry into this Challenge. Between any Monday at 9:00:00 AM (ET) and any Friday at 5:00:00 PM (ET) during the Challenge Period, the Sponsor will send out a tweet (the Announcement ). The Announcement will invite entrants to Re-Tweet the Announcement. In addition the Announcement will include which prize is available to be won for the Announcement Period. In order to receive an entry each entrant must Re-tweet the Announcement in its exact form (without any additional content/comment) within 48 consecutive hours (ET) of the Announcement date and time (the Announcement Period ) in order to receive an entry. An eligible Re-tweet to the Announcement by a Follower will constitute one (1) entry (the Entry ) in the random draw corresponding to the applicable Announcement Period. Any Re-tweets received after the 48 consecutive hours (ET) Announcement Period will not be eligible for an Entry or a Prize. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: It is necessary that entrants become a follower (the Follower(s) ) to ensure he/she will receive notifications from the Sponsor. For example if an entrant should be selected in a random draw (as defined in Rule 6 below), as an eligible entrant, eligible entrant s notifications will be sent via Direct Message within Twitter and as defined in Rule 7 below. To

3 become a Follower, from his/her Twitter home page, click on the Find People tab and perform a search and click on the Follow button corresponding Any Re-tweet that does not follow the above format will be discarded and will not be eligible for an entry in the applicable Announcement Period in this Challenge. It is recommended that entrants do not stop for a minimum of two (2) weeks after the Challenge Closing Date. If an entrant s Twitter account is set to protected mode the Re-tweet may not be visible in the Sponsor s inbox and thus may not be received by the Sponsor unless you previously consented to permit the Sponsor to see your tweet and/or responses. The Sponsor will not be responsible for any Re-tweet or direct message not received and/or responded to within the required time frame because the entrant has set his/her account to protected mode. SUITABILITY FOR PUBLICATION: If any entrant during the Challenge Period submits a tweet in response to any Announcement (note a tweet does not count for an entry into the Challenge), the tweet must be original to the entrant, and the entrant warrants that he/she has obtained all necessary rights in and to the Tweet (and all individual components thereof). The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any Re-tweet if in the sole opinion of the Sponsor acting in its absolute discretion, the Re-tweet was changed or edited and it becomes inappropriate, dangerous or would violate or offend any law, regulation, order, governmental policy, public policy or third party s rights or could potentially expose the Sponsor to law suits, (for example by containing any commercial content that promotes any product or service other than those of the Sponsor) unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals including but not limited to corporate consent, embarrassment, contempt, ridicule, or adverse publicity or otherwise reflect unfavourably on the Sponsor or any of its products or services will be void. The same applies to any Tweet posted on the Sponsor Twitter account. Re-tweets must not give rise to any claims whatsoever, including, without limitation, claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interest of any third party. The same applies to any Tweet posted on the Sponsor Twitter account. Re-tweets and/or any Tweet posted must not be: defamatory, trade, libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further will not contain, depict, include, discuss, or involve, without limitation, any of the following: dangerous or unsafe behaviours or depictions; nudity (partial or otherwise); alcohol/drug consumption or smoking; explicit or graphic sexual activity, or sexual innuendo; crude, vulgar or offensive language and/or symbols; derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual, religious or other groups (including, without limitation, any competitors of Sponsor); content that endorses, condones and/or discusses any illegal, inappropriate or risky behaviour or conduct; personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, names, telephone numbers and addresses (physical or electronic); commercial message, comparisons or solicitations for products

4 or services other than products of Sponsor; any identifiable third party product, trade-marks, brands and/or logos, other than those of Sponsor; conduct or other activities in violation of the Official Rules; and/or any other content that is or could be considered inappropriate, disparaging, unsuitable or offence, all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Any Re-tweet that the Sponsor deems, in its sole and absolute discretion to violate the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules is subject to deletion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion at any time, to requests an entrant to modify, edit his/her Re-tweet (or any component thereof), in order to ensure that the Re-tweet (or the applicable component) complies with these Official Rules, or for any other reason. If such an action is necessary at any time, then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to ban or disqualify the entrant from this Challenge. LICENSE: By Re-tweeting an Announcement or posting a Tweet each entrant: (i) grants to the Sponsor, in perpetuity, a non-exclusive license to re-tweet, publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use his/her Tweet or Re-tweet his/her Tweet, in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the Challenge or for any other reason; (ii) waives all moral rights in and to his/her Tweet or Re-tweet in favour of the Sponsor; and (iii) agrees to release and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action that relate in any way to the Tweet or Re-tweet. If you opt to use Twitter via your wireless mobile device (which may only be available via participating wireless carriers and is not required to enter the Challenge), standard text messaging and/or data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your services agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans or data plans and charges relating to your participation in this Challenge. Participation in this Challenge by mobile device means that you understand that you may receive additional messages by mobile device relating to this Challenge, including notifying you if you are the potential Prize winner, which may be subject to charges pursuant to your carrier's rate plan. Text messaging or data plans may not be available from all mobile phone service carriers and handset models. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your phone s capabilities for specific instructions. 4. LIMIT OF NUMBER OF ENTRIES: A person may enter each Announcement Period only once. A household may not win more than one (1) prize during the Challenge Period. A person may only use one (1) Twitter account to participate in any Announcement Period during the Challenge Period, and such Twitter account may only be used by one (1) person regardless of whether the Twitter account is shared by two (2) or more people. Any person who is found to have entered an Announcement Period or the

5 Challenge with more than one (1) Twitter account or has Re-tweeted an Announcement (a Re-tweet) more than once will be disqualified and all such entries received by such person during the applicable Announcement Period will be disqualified, and any prize won may be forfeited to the Sponsor s sole discretion. Proof that the winner is the authorized Twitter account holder may be required such as government photo identification. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures etc) does not constitute proof of delivery. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. The Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, inaccessible or incomplete entries, which will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor upon receipt and none will be returned. 5. PRIZES: A total of twenty (20) prizes (individually referred to as a "Prize" and collectively referred to as "Prizes") are available to be won during the Challenge Period with one (1) Prize available for each Announcement Period. The number of Prizes available to be won will decrease as they are awarded in accordance with these Official Rules. Prize A : There will be six (6) Prize A s available to be won. Each Prize A consists of: (i) an action style handheld camera (1920 x 1080 resolution at 30 frames per seconds; HD CMOS image sensor; 20.0 mega pixel resolution; motion stabilizer technology and rechargeable battery); (ii) one (1) Schick Xtreme3 razor; (iii) one (1) Schick Xtreme3 sensitive razor; and (iv) one (1) Schick Edge shaving gel all as selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Approximate retail value of each Prize A is $ CDN. Prize B : There will be nine (9) Prize B s available to be won. Each Prize B consists of: (i) a timeless chronograph watch (chronograph function; night light; 24-hour time; genuine leather strap); (ii) one (1) Schick Xtreme3 razor; (iii) one (1) Schick Xtreme3 sensitive razor; and (iv) one (1) Schick Edge shaving gel all as selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Approximate retail value of each Prize B is $ CDN. Prize C : There will be four (4) Prize C s available to be won. Each Prize C consists of: (i) a chronograph watch (6-hand movement with 2 nd time-zone function; date feature and night-light); (ii) one (1) Schick Xtreme3 razor; (iii) one (1) Schick Xtreme3 sensitive razor; and (iv) one (1) Schick Edge shaving gel all as selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Approximate retail value of each Prize C is $ CDN. Prize D : There will be one (1) Prize D available to be won and consists of: (i) a modern original classic watch (stainless steel case; night-light; and genuine leather strap); (ii) one (1) Schick Xtreme3 razor; (iii) one (1) Schick Xtreme3 sensitive razor; and (iv) one (1) Schick Edge shaving gel all as selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Approximate retail value of Prize D is $ CDN. For merchandise prizes other than Sponsor s products (Schick Xtreme3 products): (a) Sponsor makes no representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability or fitness for intended purpose, and (b) prizes may be subject to availability as to size/color/style and additional restrictions.

6 Approximate retail value of all Prizes available to be won is $3, CDN. All Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable or for resale and have no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that any Prize or any component of a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute a similar Prize or component of the Prize of equal or greater value without liability. All characteristics and features of each Prize, unless otherwise explicitly described above, are at the Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion. 6. DRAWS: All random draws will be made by the independent contest organization in Oakville, ON. Each random draw will be made at 12:00:00 PM (ET) on the day following the close (48 hours after the Announcement) of each Announcement Period where one (1) entrant will be randomly selected amongst all eligible entries received during the applicable Announcement Period. (For the avoidance of doubt, nonwinning entries will not be retained for subsequent Announcement Period(s).) Odds of winning a Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Announcement Period. 7. PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Each selected entrant will be notified using the direct message feature on Twitter. The moderator will send each eligible entrant a direct message within two (2) hours of the draw time of each Announcement Period. Each selected entrant must respond to the DM within the indicated time frame as indicated within the DM message, or he/she will be disqualified without any liability to the Sponsor, and his/her eligibility to receive the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate eligible entrant may be randomly selected (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) from among the remaining eligible Entries received for the applicable Announcement Period. If a selected entrant is not a Follower, the selected entrant will be disqualified at the Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion. Selected entrants may discontinue following the Sponsor s Account after the completion of the Sponsor s Declaration of Compliance and Release of Liability and Publicity Release Form as defined in Rule 8 below. It is each selected entrant s responsibility to set his or her account settings to accept contacts by the Sponsor and to timely check his or her Account for any such direct messages The above process will be repeated until such time as contact is made with one (1) selected entrant per Announcement Period or there are no more eligible Entries for the applicable Announcement Period, whichever comes first. In the event that a selected entrant fails to answer the DM within the indicated time frame (or if any Twitter notification or is returned as undeliverable or the selected entrant does not respond to any notification left), such selected entrant will be disqualified and another entrant may be selected (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) and, if an entrant is selected, the above process will be repeated. 8. RELEASE FORMS: Prior to being declared a winner and receiving a Prize, each selected entrant must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question and will be required to print, sign and return within the specified time and by or fax the Sponsor's Declaration of Compliance and Release of Liability and Publicity Release Form (the "Form"). By completing and returning the Form, and accepting the Prize, each such winner: (i) confirms compliance with these Official Rules; (ii) accepts the Prize as awarded; (iii) releases the Sponsor, its parent, affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization, prize suppliers, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents, successors (collectively the "Releasees") and assigns, from and against all liability in connection with the

7 Challenge and the awarding and use of a Prize, and consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province/territory) and/or photographs, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to this Challenge. The Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Form or the Prize will be forfeited. Upon receipt and verification of the Form, the Sponsor or a designated agent will send by mail or courier (within thirty (30) days of receipt/verification of the Form) the Prize. 9. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering the Challenge, entrants (i) automatically acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements; (ii) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and by the interpretation of these Official Rules by the Sponsor; and (iii) agree by the decisions of the Sponsor, made in its sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Challenge. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules will be disqualified. 10. GENERAL: By entering the Challenge, eligible entrants agree to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, Re-tweet, statements about the Challenge and/or photograph or other likeness without compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet. The Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for late, lost misdirected, delayed or illegible entries or for entries which are inaccessible/blocked due to filtering or other operation of the functionality of Twitter. 11. Without limitation, the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies will not be liable for any failure of the web site during the Challenge; for any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; for the failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor or its advertising and promotion agencies for any reason including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or any combination of the above. Further, the Sponsor or its advertising and promotion agencies will not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant s or any other person s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material in the Challenge. 12. The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Challenge in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Challenge as contemplated by these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Challenge is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. 13. This Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void in the Province of Quebec and where prohibited by law. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Challenge are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of entries. 14. In the event of a dispute, Entry Re-tweets will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the Twitter account submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the person who is assigned a Twitter account by Eligible entrants may be required to

8 provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Twitter account associated with the selected Entry Re-tweet. 15. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Challenge in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error or any kind without prior notice or obligation. In the event, due to a printing, production or other error, more than the advertised number of prizes are claimed, there will be a random draw conducted amongst all eligible prize claimants to award the correct number of prizes after the Challenge Closing Date. 16. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Challenge-related materials, including, but not limited to: the Challenge entry form and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these Rules shall prevail, govern and control. 17. All intellectual property used by the Sponsor in connection with the promotion and/or administration of the Challenge, including, without limitation, all trade-marks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned (or licensed, as the case may be) by the Sponsor and/or its affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any such intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. 18. CONSENT TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her entry only for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor s Privacy Policy (available at This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information. 19. The Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor (defined above) and not to Twitter. Any personal information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Challenge and in accordance with the Sponsor s privacy policy (see above). Twitter is completely released from all liability by each participant in this Challenge. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Challenge must be directed to the Sponsor and not Twitter.
