2 EIN-SOF White paper EinOffice8 customer project challenge Group Zito Vardar, Veles Efficient document and case management system was required to automate the workflow and the monitoring of the day-to-day documentation flow in the legal department of Zito Vardar. The project aimed at establishing a modern document and case management system for small and mid size companies, using Microsoft.NET (ASP.NET, C#) as a platform. The focus was on automating and accelerating the processing of information. approach EIN-SOF conducted an extensive workflow analysis of the existing document processing procedures. At that point, over 30 different workflows were defined using UML 2.0. In addition to the existing procedures, EIN-SOF undertook the challenge of designing and implementing new workflows using IT as a 2

3 EIN-SOF White paper EinOffice8 platform. Pilot Project During initial implementation, EIN-SOF implemented a pilot project involving users from selected participating departments. Quality of the solution Due to the specificity of information to be processed by the offered solution, the highest security standards were required. EIN-SOF provided a guarantee for the safety of the information processed. User interface and instructions for use The user interface was written in both English and Macedonian language. The User Instructions were also written in English and Macedonian. solution Platform The solution was based on Microsoft Share Point Services, C# and ASP.NET By integrating dynamic content, complex business processes, and people within and outside the enterprise, the solution enables seamless collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing on a global scale to truly power content initiatives. The ability to manage documents is vital to productivity. Case and document management from EIN-SOF addresses every stage of the content lifecycle from creation and capture, through management and delivery, to archival and storage. System performance The solution enables the execution of operations in real time, for quick response to the information generated by the system, to allow for analysis and fast decision making in crisis situations.
