Description of the Issuer's Business Operations: eworld Companies, lnc. is an online marketing and advertising company that develops and markets cutting edge technologies using rich media, flash and 3D graphics. eworld has launched eworld Music, The eworld Music Awards, eworld Entertainment and eworld Productions as separate and distinct platforms for creating and acquiring original programming. This programming will be distributed online through eworld's patent pending Boomerang Media StationrM and its PlayTvru online broadcasting network and delivered via broadcast TY smart TVs, smart phones and other mobile devices. ln 2011 eworld launched TFIE Xperience, Inc. an events production and social media branding company. Having produced hundreds of events in some of the most prestigious venues in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Las Vegas, THE Xperience provides a strong eventsoriented marketing mechanism for its more than 70 sponsors and for numerous non-profit organizations. Victory Blvd., Burbank, CA under a sublease. Pursuant to a month to month lease for premises, which commenced on April 7,2A11, as consideration for the leased premises it provides 10 hours per week of use of the studio facilities to its landlord.
