1 Introducing the new End User Dashboard Jan 6, 0 WIRELESS MANAGEMENT Your relentless ally in the world of mobility
2 In this update of the MOBI End-User Dashboard: We re happy to present a revamped interface, inspired by the interactions end-users have come to expect, and informed by the features carrier portals already provide. We ve made it even easier for your end-users to take the actions they need. By bringing the most used and most requested features to the forefront, we re able to present an interface that s even more intuitive than before. We ve brought more focus to activities in this update, with bulletins highlighting the activities that are most important. This will streamline the user s experience and ensure that they have easy access to the information they need, and can take action immediately. We streamlined the creation of new activities, by giving users icons to modify features quickly, as well as our new I want to... feature. This provides a convenient drop-down menu with the most commonly used activities for the user s group. Users with multiple devices will be excited as well, with the addition of the Device Bar. This new area showcases the user s devices, providing immediate access to every line they have, and empowering them to take actions without searching through a list of their devices. It s important that end-users have access to help and support documentation, so we ve brought more attention to that as well. Now, in addition to the help icon that allows easy access to the most relevant help documents for the page, we ve added a section to the dashboard calling out the most commonly asked questions. 3 View All Your Devices INTRODUCING THE MOBI DEVICE BAR Favorite a Device End-users with multiple devices can easily manage all of their devices from one place. Select several devices to keep them displayed in the device bar, or move them around to keep the most accessed ones at the top of the list. See Device Info Device Status Indicator Users can also see whether a device is active or inactive at a glance.they can even click into the device to receive detailed information about that specific line, or immediately access the line they care most about, every time they log in. 4 Access Line Core Information Easily Start New Activities Access Common Actions View Details of Recent Activities I WANT TO... Now, end-users can quickly take action regarding their device or service plan with the all new "I want to..." drop down feature. The listed "I want to..." actions are automatically generated based on popularity of use, or configured by a MOBI administrator. In addition, device or service altering activities can be started by simply clicking the pen icon next to the related information right on the dashboard. Finally, all the activity and line core information remain intact and easily accessible right from the dashboard. MOBIwm.com
5 Color Coded By Urgency Easily Dismiss Bulletins Quickly See Activity Status View All Bulletins At Once INTRODUCING YOUR ACTIVITY NEWSFEED The revamped dashboard presents end-users with their latest activity information in a newsfeed of bulletins for easier review. Bulletins are displayed detailing the status of all their most recent activities, conveniently color-coded by urgency. End-users can use bulletin links to quickly take necessary action, view a complete list of bulletins, and dismiss bulletins that are no longer needed. MOBIwm.com
6 Access Relevant Help Info SHOWCASING HELP & FAQS View Most Popular FAQs The new end-user dashboard empowers users by bringing help information to the forefront, by presenting a curated list of FAQs that apply to the user s specific group or role.
