I am responsible for a team of developers in the Ukraine and strive to implement the current system strategy as set by executive stakeholders. This includes driving a development teams responsible for development, integrations, and change requests. Because of my work integrating CRM and Digital Marketing Systems, I am asked to speak at events. Professionally and personally, I enjoy public speaking and the highlight to date has been speaking at Sitecore s own technological symposium in Las Vegas. I enjoy traveling, meeting new people and learning new things. I am currently married to Mette Kitchell and we have two wonderful children ages 12 and 9. I enjoy learning about World War 2 in the European Theatre with the highlight being that as a family we visited Normandy France in 2014 for the 70 th anniversary of D-day and stood on the beaches on D-Day. I also enjoy PC gaming and I have been doing this since the first gaming console the Commodore 64 and I have been on the Steam platform for more than 10 years.
