2 Hanoi, Vietnam (UEB) Overview and History The Troy University- College of Economics cooperative program opened in 2004 in Hanoi, Vietnam. The original program was a bachelor s degree program offering the four year degree in Business Administration. The students are traditionally aged students who have completed 12 years of high school. In 2009, the Master s in Business Administration began. The classes are held at the COE building on the campus of Vietnam National University. COE has set aside an office for their International Training Programs where the support staff and administrator of the program are located. There are also four classrooms dedicated to international training programs. COE has an administrative staff composed of a Vice President, Director and Associate Director as well as several support staff. Troy University has a coordinator who works full time and serves the sites in Hanoi. In 2009 the name changed to University of Economics and Business at Vietnam National University.
