Program Management HW/OS/DB provide efficiency and quality of services offered to its external and internal customers. This goal could be achieved by implementing of a complete suite of 2 Phases: Phase 1 (AS IS) : Hardware/OS/DB Delivery and Installation Software Delivery and Installation Standard Integrations / Interfaces Requirements Definition (High Level). Installation Configuration Implementation Core HIS Drug Database Dental integrated HIS that will deliver a high tech paperless hospital of the twenty first century, as well as, having a fully functional system, to run the front end of the hospital. The HIS solution shall offer the top branding and international products/software that applies high standards in terms of the technology used, the methodology of implementation, the ease of use, the security, and the quality of the end to end solution deployed. Phase 2 (Program Implementation): Solution Design and Build Documentation and Testing Training Integrations Final Build Go-Live and Support Program Team A strong Program Management team structure. All projects Managers and Team Leaders have long experience in Project Management and in Health Sector. A blend of global, regional and international professionals.
