1 This document is an overview of the NEW functionality in Agency Link that allows binding for certain types of Endorsements. What If Quoting is still available. The functionality has been enhanced to allow the agent to also BIND their endorsements. Modified July
2 What can you quote & bind in Florida? Homeowner and Dwelling Fire Wind Mitigation* Deductibles** Optional Coverage's Inflation Guard Protection Credits Coverage A / B / C / E / F Water Loss Prevention Equipment Breakdown Identity Theft Expense Mailing Address / Phone Number Mortgagee and many more. * Quoting Wind Mitigation Credits will be allowed, but you can not bind the change, you must the request to upc@csc.com. ** LOWERING the Deductibles may be quoted at any time, however you will not be able to bind the change. To lower the deductibles you will still need to the request to upc@csc.com. You can quote & bind raising the deductibles without a written request. 2
3 Click on Endorsement Quoting to start your quote. NOTE: This functionality allows YOU to quote endorsements without having to make a call!!! (New) Once you are satisfied with your quote, you can leave as is or submit and bind the change immediately. 3
4 New Policy Status : Available to Quote Endorsement Quoted Revalidate Policy is ready to be Quoted Can search by just the Policy Number (2xxxxxxx) (w/o the 3 letter prefix) Quote has been started but may not be rated Policy has a quote in progress in Agency Link that has become invalid because endorsement activity has been processed against the same policy in Customer Service by a CSR. (Policy can be quoted next business day.) 4
5 Click on applicant to access the buttons for Endorsement Quoting. Options available are based on Status, otherwise greyed out (see next slide). 5
6 Reload will load the most current copy of the policy from the Policy System. Use this if you want to undo any changes and start over. Note that any changes you make will still remain after you rate so if your intent is not to stack quotes (rating between them) then you will need to reload the policy. The Delete button will also reload but the status will change from Endorsement Quoted to Available to Endorse. The Print button will bring up the most recent quote details page with a print option. 6
7 The Endorsement Effective Date will default to current date and must be current date or any FUTURE date. No backdating is allowed with the online endorsement tool. If backdating is needed, your request to Customer Service at 7

13 From the Coverage tab, you can only edit (Quote) the fields with the red arrows. If you 13 want to Quote Wind Mit Credits, click the General tab as shown on page 16.

16 Reset will reset this page only (not reload the policy) Quoting Wind Mitigation Credits are done here under the General tab. You can not edit any fields greyed out. (You can not bind these changes) 16
17 When ready to get a Quote, click the Quote tab and then click Rate to get the change in premium. Note: Unless you Reload or Delete the Endorsement any changes you make will remain after you click on the Rate button. Effectively you can stack endorsements and see what the premium will be between each change (rate). 17
18 While we have made every effort to prevent errors, they will display on the Endorsement Review screen if encountered. If error(s) cannot be resolved by changing your entry, please call Customer Service to report as well as to complete the quote. Example of an error free quote 18
19 From the Quote tab click Display Confirmation to see the Quote Confirmation Page shown below. (New) You can now get the Pro-Rated change in premium along with the annual change. View and verify the fields you changed. Print the Quote [No changes have been officially bound yet this is only what if quote status] 19
20 Submitting (Binding) Your Endorsement When satisfied with the Confirmation Page choose a Reason Endorsed from the drop down menu. The Reason Amend will be printed on the Endorsement Dec page. Not until you choose a Reason Endorsed will the Submit button become clickable. 20
21 Submitting (Binding) Your Endorsement (continued) Once you click Submit, the quote will validate, followed by a Confirmation page that you can or save to your PC. 21
22 A copy of the confirmation will be available to the agency in Media View the following business day. If Customer Service has processed a policy change earlier in the day, you will be locked out from doing any quotes or endorsements until the next business day. Endorsements bound prior to 8:00pm will be considered for that business day. If you need a change made effective prior to current date, you will need to it to upc@csc.com If your endorsement is something that is not allowed via online, then you will need to that request to upc@csc.com. Any quoting errors you receive, especially Wind Mitigation Combo errors, your quickest course for a solution is to call Customer Service at
