3 ALYN HOSPITAL Pediatric & Adolescent Rehabilitation Center ALYN Hospital - Israel's premier Pediatric and Adolescent Rehabilitation Center - is one of the world's leading specialists in the active and intensive rehabilitation of children, regardless of religion or ethnic origin suffering from a broad range of physical disabilities. Over the years ALYN has developed a wealth of expertise in the treatment of acquired conditions such as trauma and head injuries from terror attacks, road and domestic accidents, general pediatric orthopedics, special feeding management, burns, rehabilitation following the removal of benign or malignant tumors and congenital or progressive muscle, nerve and bone diseases and respiratory insufficiency. ALYN is an officially registered non-profit facility and only a portion of every child's care is reimbursed by the Israeli Health Funds or other referring agencies. Consequently, ALYN MUST raise donations in order to bridge the everfluctuating "gap" between the fixed maximum tariffs and the actual costs of ALYN s specialized multidisciplinary therapies which each child in ALYN s care receives. 4

4 WHEELS OF LOVE International Bike Ride for the Rehabilitation of the children of ALYN Hospital Wheels of Love (WOL) is the Annual Charity Five Day Bike Ride held on behalf of the physically challenged children of ALYN Hospital in Jerusalem. The Wheels of Love Ride takes place once a year on breathtaking routes alternating between Northern and Southern Israel. Hundreds of riders and volunteers from all over the world participate in the Ride. The Ride ends in a moving ceremony at ALYN Hospital in Jerusalem. The "Ride for a Cause" model of Wheels of Love enlists the participants in fundraising, enabling them to become vital partners in the goals of the Ride and its success. Each participant commits to raising a minimum of $2,500 in sponsorship. However, the average sponsorship raised per rider is over $5,000. They inspire many family members, friends and colleagues to become sponsors. Throughout the years, due to the unique character of the Ride, more and more participants and sponsors become part of the Wheels of Love Family. As a result, today, WOL has tens of thousands of devoted partners.

5 RIDING GROUPS The Ride attracts riding groups/teams from various companies, who join either the 5-day Ride or the one-day Ride (GalgALYN). Companies such as: Clal Briut, ICL, The First International Bank, Azrieli Group, Pitango, Pri Bereshit, Finnegan, Teva, Omrix (part of the Medical Devices & Diagnostics Sector of Johnson & Johnson), ESOP. Riding group (Team) members work together towards their fundraising goal. Some companies allow the riders to donate their vacation days or contribute directly via their salaries. The group is invited to a training ride, guided by the Wheels of Love team. The training ride is followed by a tour of ALYN Hospital, where they meet the ALYN children and see for themselves just how vital their fundraising efforts are. Members of a riding group, who commit to fundraise above the minimum amount in order to be classified as a corporate sponsor, will enjoy high visibility throughout the Ride. A great deal of media publicity is generated by the Ride. Therefore, we will be able to offer our corporate sponsors many creative PR and marketing opportunities.
