3 The program This program, fully taught in English, provides managers with the latest trends in international marketing strategies, offers guidance for efficient product launch and brand positioning and equips them with extensive training in intercultural communication skills. The selection of international distribution channels is a marketing variable also deeply analyzed. In addition, global operations require constant adaptation of internet business tools which participants need to be familiar with. The complexities of internationalization of industrial goods also deserves special attention together with the peculiarities of doing business in Asia. Furhermore, they will test intercultural communication skills in our PURCHASING GAME where students will negotiate with textile suppliers based in Morocco, Bangladesh, India, or Turkey. Suppliers will give them personal feedback and all the negotiations will be recorded and provided to participants for skills improvement. 100% of the programme is taught in English. Certified Professional Coach and Phd in Leadership by Complutense University (in progress). He has over 15 years professional experience in management positions. He has been HHRR Director at Cotalsa, Personnel Manager at Faurecia Spain, Corporate Resources Director at Spainat ArabellaStarwood Hotels & Resorts, Grupo Hedomin and Human Resources Director at BorgWarner Emissions Systems. At present he is Business Area Manager at Servitalent, Partner of Intiva Desarrollo Directivo and lecturer of Management Skills at the University of Brighton, ESIC and Universidad Corporativa CEAGA. Felipe Botayá García Bachelor in Business by the University of South Carolina, Marketing Management Diploma by ESADE and MBA by IESME. He has held marketing positions in prestigious companies such as Matutano, Trinaranjus, Bimbo, Moulinex, Grundig or Nutrexpa. He has developed some of his career in London and Irán. He is a visiting teacher in Marketing at the University of Barcelona, La Salle, IESE, EADA, EUNCET, IAD, University of Humboldt and University of Toulouse. She has been teacher of the Cervantes Institute in Beijing and at the University of Language and Culture and at the Telecom University in Beijing. Sino-Hispanic advisor of the Spanish Embassy Commercial Office and of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Beijing and of the Chinese News Agency, Xinhua News. At present she is a Foreign Lecturer of ELE at Beijing International Studies University (2nd in Foreign Languages in Beijing) and a regular trainer of professionals such as Santander Chinese Managers in Beijing and Beijing Chamber of Commerce.

7 Alvaro Gómez Vieites PhD. in Economics and Business Administration from UNED, Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Business and Telecommunication Engineer from University of Vigo (specialties Telematics and Communications) and Computer Management Engineer from UNED. He is the author of numerous books and specialized articles. Associate Professor in ICEMD (Institute of Electronic Commerce and Direct Marketing) and in EOI. Begoña Jamardo Suárez Bachelor Degree in English by USC. Phd Programme at Vigo University. She has worked as an Associate teacher at the University of Vigo and as a Visiting teacher at the Business College of Viana do Castelo University and Universidad Católica de Porto (Portugal). At present she is a Visiting Lecturer of the International Executive MBA at the Poznan University of Economics (Poland) and Tianjing Technological University (Beijing). She specialises in Intercultural Communication & Body Language. She has been an in-company trainer in communication skills for a large amount of private and public institutions such as Hesperia Group, CEAGA (Galician Car Cluster), Eroski, R-Group, Instituto Galego de Consumo, Conselleria de Educación, etc. She heads the Master in International Business. and of Official Trade Delegations of many LATAM (mainly México) and African countries, such as the Diplomatic Body of Equatorial Guinea. He is a regular invited speaker at international Forums such as the Edificar para la Paz en el Siglo XXI organized in Barcelona in Tom Van der Heyden Master in Applied Economic Sciences by the University of Antwerp, Belgium. Lu Longgen Professor Longgen is one of the most prestigious scholars in his field in China. He is professor of the Spanish and Portuguese Department at Beijing International Studies University (BISU), which ranks 2nd in foreign languages in P.R.China. He has been responsible for the Research Division at BISU. He also has been a Member of the Chinese National Tourism Administration, member of the Tourist Council of Beijing Municipal Government and member of the Board of Chinese Society for the teaching of Spanish and Portuguese Languages. He regularly collaborates with the Spanish Ministry of Education and Instituto Cervantes. He acts as an active intercultural trainer of professionals and educational centres in the tourist sector.
