4 Maha Super Housing Loan Scheme: For construction / acquiring of new or existing house/flat and extension of existing house/flat Amount/ Tenor For Deduction up to 60% For deduction above 60% & up to 65% Repayment up to 30 Repayment up to 30 years years Rate of Interest w.e.f (Floating) Up to Base Rate 0.25 Rs Above Base Rate 0.25 Rs to Above Interest will be charged on daily basis with Monthly Rests. Maximum 36 months Moratorium period is allowed, however interest may be capitalized for a maximum period of 18 months. Interest to be serviced as and when applied. Interest capitalization request may be considered by maintaining the necessary margin and in no case the LTV should be more than 80% for loans above Rs.20.00s. Maha Super Housing Loan Scheme: Purchase of Plot & construction thereon: Amount/ Tenor For Deduction up to 60% Repayment up to 30 years For deduction above 60% & up to 65% Repayment up to 30 years Rate of Interest w.e.f (Floating) Up to Rs Above Rs to Above 300 Base Rate 0.25 Base Rate In case of purchase of plot, interest rate will be charged at 2.00% over and above the regular ROI applicable for the Housing Loan.
5 Customer will be refunded with 50% (half of 2.00%) of the above interest charged in case the construction of the house on the plot thereon is completed within the stipulated period of 3 years on submission of completion certificate. After submission of completion certificate normal rate of interest will be applicable i.e. as per the applicable ROI for Housing Loan. Penal interest to be 2% after completion of 3 years with a right of recall, if construction is not completed within this period or the borrower defaults in constructing the house Interest will be charged on daily basis with Monthly Rests. Maximum 36 months Moratorium period is allowed, however interest may be capitalized for a maximum period of 18 months. Interest to be serviced as and when applied. Interest capitalization request may be considered by maintaining the necessary margin and in no case the LTV should be more than 80% for loans above Rs.20.00s. Maha Super Housing Loan Scheme: for repairs/renovation/alteration of existing house/flat for new standalone borrowers : Rate of Interest (Floating) Amount ROI Up to Rs % Above Rs % Interest will be charged on daily basis with Monthly Rests. i) Vehicle Loan: The vehicle loan sanctioned prior to Tenor Repayment up to 3 years 1.25% Repayment above 3 years 2.25% Second hand Vehicles irrespective of Tenor 5.00% ii) Maha Super Car Loan : Tenor Repayment up to 7 years( New Vehicle) 0.50 %
