10 Remarks: 1. The Company issued an additional 604,458,000 H to the partial exercise of the Overallotment option. In addition, 27,649,565 Domestic were converted into H in accordance with relevant People s Republic of China rules regarding the transfer of state-owned Shares. For details, please refer to the announcement of the Company dated 21 November As the Company is incorporated in the People s Republic of China, the concept of authorised share capital is not applicable.
